What toy do you think is your best investment?

For Ashley, it is the Mega Blocks Wagon. She received them for Christmas when she was a year old and she still plays with them often. She's always making the funniest things with them too, like a refrig to put her drink in, or a seat to sit on, or a playground for her Little People.

The Little People sets probably run a close second to the Mega Bloks.

Jamison'smama replied: Well as far as investment goes--her kitchen wins hands down but as for her smaller toys--the one she has played with more than any other is her medical kit.

When she was a baby, her stacking cups couldn't be beat. Jack loves Jamison's old Carter's butterfly toy.

Alice replied: Ours is a biggie: the Little Tikes Jungle Climber we have in the yard. It's like 6 years old and indestructible!! The kids still use it a lot-- even Brian will climb up and sit on it and horse around on it. Probably the best spent $150 I've seen.

Also, another biggie: we have an EZ set up pool- the kind with the inflatable ring that you just inflate and fill. It's 12'x30" and can accomodate all 5 of us. It's WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!

lisar replied: I would have to say the swingset. She plays and plays on that thing its her favorite thing to do is go outside and play on it. Its the best toy I have bought. (i have one of the really big ones)

mom2lilnick replied: For Nicholas it is so hard to say, he is so not a kid that plays with toys. Now, if cable of demand ever broke and we lost Calliou, the world might end! But with Nick all he really needs is a few hot wheels and his blanket and he is set.

Oh and his swing set

My2Beauties replied: Hanna likes boxes and food - she would rather play with a shoebox and some pickles above anything else! LOL! Oh and she does like to play with her dolls, she puts them to sleep and pats them and kisses them! It's so sweet!

Kaitlin'smom replied: he couch by far she LOVES that thing, uses it everyday. best $30 I ever spend, I got it when she was about 7 months old and its still in great shape even after washing the cover a few times

JAYMESMOM replied: The best investment would be all the books we have. But as far as fun toys would be the fisher price houses and people. My step-son plays with all my old stuff (its the old little ones with no arms, etc.) and my daughter plays with her new stuff and some of her old stuff. When she gets bigger she can play with mommies. That stuff is at least 26 years old.
