Asparagus & mushrooms fried in balsalmic vinegar & olive oil

and homemade ice cream for dessert.

Mom2BNTN replied: Well, I was a sick yesterday so I wasn't able to cook too much. So I just ended up cooking a pot roast with carrots, onions and potatoes and some corn bread muffins. Oh well! My Dh loved it and that is all that matters.

Boys r us replied: We went to a local winery off of the Parkway, it's called Chateau Morrisette. We had Wild mushroom Struedels & lobster cocktail for an appetizer.
I had Beef Wellington with roasted potatoes and corn pudding and DH had Smoked Prime Rib roasted potatoes and a vegtable medly and the kids had gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with fresh fruit.
