Mom2BNTN replied: We are having chicken fajitas. Today is when our Schwan's delivery man comes to see if we need anything and I always get something from him for supper that night. It can be a little bit expensive, but it lets us try something different every other Wednesday. Just a nice change of pace and all of the meals are so easy to prepare.

ITs so simple to I mean a whole chicken, use either a beer can or pop can half full with beer, stck it up the bum and then place on BBQ (it stands on the can) looks super funny but tastes AMAZING!!! So I'm making stewed lamb shanks with red wine and thyme. You stew them with onions, carrots and celery until the meat almost falls off the bone. Pretty easy, but lamb is expensive, especially from Whole Foods! And I'm also making a fresh arugula salad with organic tomatos and a lemon tart (crust and everything from scratch!). I'm nuts, but it's snowing today, so what better day to stay in and cook! I'm currently waiting for the butter to soften so that I can start the crust for the tart....

I have a whole chicken in my deep freezer and I've been contemplating on how to prepare it without doing the plain old baking.
