Whats for dinner???

1lilpeanut2love replied: that's funny because mine is in the crockpot too. We are having one of those Banquet Crockpot Classics meals-- it is the Chicken with red skined Potatoes and Vegetables-- to be exact. Easy meal!! I hope it's good!!!!!

We are having corned beef, we hate cabbage so will have a salad with it

Well, I just took my MIL out for corned beef & cabbage. The veggies were all good, but the corn beef was NOT!!! Noone but me will eat the cornbeef here. My MIL forces herself for St.Pat's day. So I will cook it soon and invite some friends over for it. I really like corned beef but since I am first generation Irish-American I feel it necessary to tell you that not very many Irish homes will be serving Corned beef & Cabbage for dinner tonight. Most will have Lamb Stew or maybe Ham or Bacon and Cabbage.

For Supper, Grandma is getting a Salad, with Chicken, But dd has a friend over so I am feeding them at 6pm (too late for Grandma) Pasta & sauce & breadsticks. Even though we can eat meat on St. Patrick's Day, I feel if it isn't corned beef why skip the abstaining Trying to be a good Catholic girl

It was just going to be me and her anyway. We're usually alone on Friday nights. My husband plays Poker and my two oldest kids are usually at friends houses. Tonight my son is having friends over after their school dance and my daughter is gone to a Fall Out Boy concert.

I think we'll just have pizza tonight...that sounds easy for the two of us.

My2Beauties replied: I was going to make meatloaf tonight but I fotgot to set the hamburger out but that's fine because DH called and said he wants to take me out to dinner tonight You know, he's being the best DH in the world lately, wonder what he's up to LOL!
