Get a bag of lentils, cook according to pkg. Brown some sausage (I use the mild italian) with onion, add to lentils, add a can of diced tomatoes ....

I can't believe how much they like something so good for them!

DH has been away all week so tonight Jason and I may go out to eat

3_call_me_mama replied: Well it's CSA night 9local organic food co-op we joined) so we are having somethgin for a veggie from that ! and we are having ziti with chicken and broccoli and alfredo sauce. YUMMY!! (Oh and homemade chocolate icecream for dessert Cameron and I made soem last night adn it wasnt' ready to eat so we are eating it tonight! )
