ataylorm replied: Tried some mac & cheese cassarole? Just take some noodles, Velveta, Shredded cheeses, mix into a cassarole dish, top with parmissian and bake. For extra goodies, toss in some peas, and maybe some hot dogs if you like those.

Ground Beef, Green Peas, Corn, Green Beans in a brown gravy sauce covered with mashed potatoes and on top
I was going to make burrittos, but I'm a bit of a dork and wasn't paying attention and thought I was using teaspoon and used the tablespoon and then forgot and came back later and put a package of burrito seasoning in it. (it's now "YUCK")
Kaitlin'smom replied: not sure, gott o get hoem and get something out as I am having a friend over for dinner. Sometype of meat, veggies and I have no idea yet what elce, guess I will wing it

luvmykids replied: I have no idea. Probably this goop that has pasta, bean soup, canned tomatos and ham. I didn't take anything out of the freezer (again)

I've been cutting up corn and flour tortillas and deep frying them for homemade chips...and they taste YUMMMMMMY
I'm getting ready to make a salsa type dip. As well as sautee some chicken and bell peppers for fajitas and season some ground beef on the stove for tacos. Refried beans are in the oven!

Soak 1 lb red beans overnight...cover in water & cook for a few hours (recovering them in water a few times) until they are soft...add in some spices...then a few minutes before you serve it up, cut up 1 lb of sausage and put into the beans...
Cook rice, and eat the beans/sausage over the rice.
Its a cajun favorite.
