Whats for dinner?

I'm thinking of making salmon fillets and rice or veggie stir fry. I am on a huge health kick/diet, so that means DH is too. There has been way too much junk in this house lately. Not to mention DH has been doing ALL the cooking and I want to give him a break.
Calimama replied: Grilled chicken... but inside I'm saying, "CHEESEBURGER and fries".
MoonMama replied: Inside I am saying Italian.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Well it's 4:10 and I haven't even thought about it, to tell you the truth.
I have leftover porc roast in the fridge, maybe I'll cut it up and make some creamy pasta dish with shredded porc...
HuskerMom replied: Ramen Top Ramen that is!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Mmm. Ramen.
Sometimes, what we will do with Ramen noodles, is mix it in with a can of stew. Makes for a different meal, and it's very good.
A little variety is nice when you eat Ramen fairly often... remembering my days of living in a dump, working, and going to school... Ramen, KD and hot dogs... I never knew they had so many different recipes to use them.
moped replied: Not a clue - I get home at 5 and seldomly Tom has dinner on the go but usually not, so I will either throw something together then or just feed Jack his and worry about ours after he is in bed......
HuskerMom replied: Sometimes I'll mix in a little BBQ sauce. It's pretty good. There's a lot of Ramen recipes on the internet, I was surprised.
Calimama replied: Oooo I can't STAND ramen noodles anymore.
DillsMommy replied: Take out sounds pretty good, maybe from cracker barrel. I REALLY don't feel like cooking tonight.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I'm defrosting some Mahi Mahi and will probably just broil it with some lemon and seasonings. I have some rice pillaf left over from last night. And I may also make a salad or some steamed carrots. Easy peasy! I've been really good lately about planning a menu for the week. It helps us save money by knowing what to buy and it helps me feel less stressed as to what to make each night.
MommyToAshley replied: Lasagna and salad. Ashley doesn't care too much for salad, and requested mixed veggies instead. So, I will make those too.
I have a strawberry creme pie for desert.... ohhh, I am so bad.
3xsthefun replied: Chicken wings, fries, celery sticks (for kids) and maybe a salad for me.
For dessert the girls will get a Dora popsicle, and I will have a oreo klondike bar.
MomToThreeAngels replied: mmmm the ones above sounds yummy. I am going all out tonight....tomato soup.
Brias3 replied: I was still feeling in the grilling mood today after such a nice weather weekend, PLUS my new issue of Fresh Cooking arrived in the mail today so I tried out two new recipes- one for a warm bacon vinaigrette that I drizzled over brussel sprouts (for Bruce) and broccoli (for me and the kids), and one for steaks with a Montreal spice mix. They were both excellent! We had french baguettes and rice with it too.
Our Lil' Family replied: Lasagna here too, with garlic bread sticks.
