MichaelsMommy replied: No idea.. trying to diet and would really like grilled chicken with some corn on the cob but I'm guessing DH will refuse to start the grill when it's this hot.. Maybe have to settle for salad or something.

I'm sure the girls will do a frozen pizza or something.. and Mikey will have a frozen dinner thing.. Def NOT been cooking much in this heat.

We had ribs and a baked potato.

Yeah Aimee...I made my best friend eat it here and now she drives from The Colony there about twice a month because she's addicted!

Brias3 replied: Last night I was pitiful. I tried to make those frozen chicken kievs with rice and broccoli (the kids had activities all day so I needed something QUICK by the time I got home) but something was wrong with the kievs- we all cut into them and tried a bite and they were like sour or something, it was SO gross. Needless to say, I quick made up some pasta w/butter and parmesan for the kids and DH and I ate the rice and broccoli

Tonight, I'm going to grill shrimp and scallops I think. One of Bruce's coworkers is coming by for dinner so I need to bust out the Weber grill book and jet to the grocery store FAST
