What's your DH/SO hobbies?

Mine is a car fanatic. He loves to work on his cars, fix them up, put new motors in them, buy tons of expensive parts for them. He loves to watch the Speed Channel, and has gone to several NASCAR races. He also rides off-road, 4x4 in his truck. And he has many ATV'S, quads/motorcycles. And he has a gas powered remote control car. He also likes to go camping, fishing, shooting. And work in the backyard with our lawn/plants.

He and his friend want to open a business to do this part time, too. So if he does, then his 'hobby' will be his job.

Tylersmommy replied: Oh geez being 19 (next month) he's still just a big kid. He likes playing video games and Magic/Yugio cards (I play with him hehe), and his thing lately is remote control cars and he's got Tyler into them too lol. If it were summer (though it feels like it here) we would probably be camping or out on the lake with his family.

luvmykids replied: Golf, golf, golf, golf, golf, golf, and golf. Did I mention GOLF? He plays every day, at least 4 hours, more if he can. I mean EVERY day. And he plays in an amateur tour in the summer with tournaments every weekend, so he travels about 3 weekends a month then.

He also likes our racehorses but I can't complain b/c we can all do that together. We'll go to the races when they're at the track here, or sometimes we go to Ruidoso for the big races but I'm not complaining about that one b/c it's one of my fave places to go!

Yes, but he's not obsessed. It's really not that bad, he only has 3 sets of clubs, 11 pairs of golf shoes, and only records the golf channel for 23 hours a day .....

My dh is baseball, baseball, baseball, with a little flag football, skiing, and basketball thrown in for good measure. Get the picture?

Oh, and he's in a band- bass player. No wonder my house is falling apart around me.

He loves to fix them and then he sells them, but only the cars and trucks not motorcycles.

My boys are the exact same way, they just love cars, trucks, trains, anything with wheels that move.

seriously thou he has a broken leg right now so that is his hobby i think! I really think he enjoys it when I sit down at night after all is done and sabrina is sleeping. THen he goes can i have a pop or can you get me my computer that is in another room or upstairs ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH

He used to be into paintball, spent TOO much on all the stuff, now it's not being used. Same went for golf.

He also likes- hunting, working on cars, riding ATV's (we have 3), going to mud bogs, watching football & some basketball. He also likes Nascar, but he isn't into it like I am.

mckayleesmom replied: My husband is a nerd. Whenever he tells me of new hobbies he wants to try I start chanting "nerds, nerds, nerds" . But seriously...he can do anything he puts his mind to. He likes to fish, hunt, paintball. And he doesn't just do these hobbies...he modifies them...he can take a paintball gun and turn it into the best paintball gun by adding all this stuff to it. He handmade an old fashioned muskett and an ak-47. He makes his own fly fishing rods and sold them at one time. He actually made the fishing pole from Grumpy Old Men the movie....by hand carving the duck part. My husband has this really annoying habit too...he memorizes everything hes ever read....There is a name for it,,,can't remember, but he is a huge history buff and he can probably recite a history book to you. Whenever I ask a question about something...he repeats something he read about it . Drives me nuts....but sometimes its handy . One time he built a trebushe(sp?) in our apartment kitchen. He also built a pumpkin chucker.

My DH's favorite hobby is poker. He also likes football and video games. He tried paintball for a while, was into radio controlled trucks for a while - gave both of them up. He spends a lot of his free time playing with the kids these days.

Seriously, he likes to...golf, fish, and loves to watch baseball and go to baseball games. In 1999 when Mark McGuire hit 72 homeruns, we lived at Bush Stadium

His latest thing is Texas Holdem poker on playstation and Bravo, the celebrity poker. He's starting to make Kayla some shelves, so I'm sure that will be his next hobby, as long as he doesn't hurt himself
