Where did it go? If you find it... - please let me know
My2Beauties wrote: My energy?? I left it somewhere about a week and a half ago. Without it, I'm soooooooooooo tired, literally dragging. I just ate a large bowl of soup and I'm about to pass out, but I'm at work so that isn't a good thing I need my energy back someone, anyone, if you find it please call!
No seriously, I had to call my OB the other day because of how exhausted I feel, I mean when I get up I don't want to get up, literally I lay there and lay there until I absolutely cannot lay there anymore (I was 20 minutes late to work this morning from hitting snooze so many times ). I'm like overly exhausted feeling, I was never this way with Hanna. This baby is draining me. I guess it's better than m/s huh? I haven't had any of that, the only time I gagged was when I was cleaning out the fridge in my old house when we were packing (I won't even go there, boy stuff can hide in the fridge ). My OB said to take an extra iron supplement since I was anemic with Hanna, I was probably lacking iron. She is going to check my thyroid too at my next appt. I hope this goes away soon, I can't hardly function you guys! I could just the day away! The iron is somewhat helping I have to admit, but I'm still tired.
CantWait replied: I hope it goes away. I was like this throughout my whole pregnancy with Anthony. It was dreadful, I couldn't function at all.
ediep replied: I was extremely tired until I was about 10 weeks along. You are almost there! the iron has helped me feel less tired too.
Boo&BugsMom replied: I'll help you search for yours if you help me search for mine! This baby is sucking the life right out of me!
luvmykids replied: I'd offer you some of mine but I haven't seen it in awhile either
I don't know if it would be ok since you're pg but I have a drink I love, called Emergen-C, it's a little packet you put in water and it really does help perk me up.
kimberley replied: welcome to first trimester fatigue. i was awful with my first too also hope you get some pep back soon.
wcs40110 replied: The energy is there, just dormant. All that sleep you want to get right now that you in theory can get is the same sleep you wont be able to get with the world shut out later. My friend always told me to sleep while I can because later I will want to and wont be able to and I told her she was nuts, all I can do is sleep. Well, I know what she means now. I've got a crappy head cold and the last two nights contractions kept me up all night even though I'm exhaustd, then I keep feeling like some BIG bug is biting me on the foot.
Uggghh... all I can do is sit awake, 2am, 3am, whatever so PLEASE take a nap for me
mummy2girls replied: it must be those twins bugging ya...LOL...
seriously though... I wa slike this with jenna. It was horrible! I almost fell asleep at work one day...OOPS!
Boys r us replied: I was exhausted the 1st tri LeaAnn! A few more weeks of suffering and then you should start feeling good!
skinkybaby replied: I feel ya! I am exhausted. I've been trying to take a nap when I put Grace down in the afternoon, but my mind is just racing with all of these things I should be doing.
ashtonsmama replied: Hmmm...
Are you my twin? Poor Ashton has been all active lately, now that he's crawling, and Mommy just wants to lay around with the laptop on her belly and turn the TV on!
~Roo'sMama~ replied: That's exactly how I felt until just a couple weeks ago. I was tired with Andrew but it was way worse this time. I still don't have as much energy as I'd like but it is better than it was. Take your iron pills and sleep whenever you can!
