Where did my post go? - Okay well I'll tell you again anyway!

This reminds me of when I was over 8 months preggo and hubby took me out for dinner with our families and he proposed in front of everyone!!!He took out this beautiful engagement ring with Brianna's birth stone in it surrounded by little diamonds!!!

My2Beauties replied: Awww, DF proposed to me when I was 8 months preggo on my b'day! He took me over to the gambling boat in Indiana, got a beautiful hotel room with flowers and balloons all over the place, then my b'day card said things about loving me FOREVER and it kept using the word FOREVER! Well when I went to the bathroom and came back out he was down on one knee and ironically said since we were on a casino boat if I would take a gamble with him and be his wife!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy! That was the sweetest thing!

Congrats on your engagement and the ring...I just had to share that because it brought back such fond memories! When is the date? Ours is May 21, 2005!

Cassie is in love with the ring, she said it was beautiful and that she wanted one! Lol! The date of the weddin'g June 15th, about a month away from yours! xx

Boys r us replied: That is WONDERFUL!!! I know...I mean, we'd all say, it's okay if you can't afford a ring now..but deep inside, the dreams we had as a little girl for the perfect ring and the perfect wedding and all of that jazz..those dreams are still there!!
So I'm glad he found a way to perfect your engagement!

You're so right! I think it smakes it more special because I didn't expect to get one if you know what I mean? Cassie keeps trying to pull it off my finger and put it on hers . . . she told Daddy she wanted him to marry her instead so she could have a ring! She's one funny girl!! xx

I know a ring shouldn't mean so much, but it is more about what it represents than the ring itself! I had to take my wedding rings off for the first time when I was PG with Ashley. I went from 135 lbs to 200lbs with her, so they just wouldn't fit on my fingers. After she was born, I thought about getting them resized but I thought that it would help me to focus on losing the weight, so I never got them resized. Ashley is two today and I still have 10lbs to go to get down to my pre-PG weight, but the rings still don't fit me. I feel so sad sometimes that they don't fit , and our anniversary is coming up at the end of this month. I think I am going to get them resized before then.
