Where do your kids sleep??

mckayleesmom wrote: Mckaylee and Russell both have their own rooms and both sleep in them...However, every other night or so they will pick either Mckaylee's room or Russells and camp out together..

This morning Mckaylee was ticked when she realized that Russell ditched her and went back to his own room rolling_smile.gif

DillsMommy replied: That's sweet. That's one thing I look forward to. Maybe I can get better sleep then. laugh.gif

Dylan sleeps in his room, Peyton starts off in his own room but usually ends up in ours. blush.gif A habit I really want to break, but for now it works....

Hillbilly Housewife replied: They each have their own rooms, and stick to them.

Our old place, both girls shared a room.

lisar replied: Lexi stays in her room. Once she out she is out for the night. Raygen will get out of bed and sleep at the door, I normally put her back in her bed before I go to bed, but by morning she is back in the floor again. Drives me crazy but thats what she does.

sparkys2boys replied: The boys share a huge room and each have there own bed. They hd separte rooms but we turned one of them into a playroom and it worked out great. They sometimes on the weekend will camp out in the playroom on the floor and watch movies.

MoonMama replied: In his own room.

Calimama replied: In her room. Sometimes I'll get her and she cuddle with me for another hour or so.

luvbug00 replied: until she was 3 my room and then at 4 her own bed same room as me and finally at 5 in her own room.

HuskerMom replied: Keith sleeps in his own room. The baby will sleep in our room for the first few months or so, at least til she's sleeping all night, then she'll have her own room.

lovemy2 replied: In their OWN room in their OWN beds wink.gif

mommy~to~a~bunch replied: The boys sleep in their rooms, and the girls sleep with us wink.gif . The older 2 girls do have a bedroom, but that's mainly for play and naps. Abby rooms with us still. Occasionally, Ethan (8) will come sleep with us too when he gets scared.

I'm SOOO GLAD we upgraded to a king sized bed after Abby was born rolling_smile.gif .

coasterqueen replied: laugh.gif Kylie gets ticked off too when she realizes Megan does that to her. rolling_smile.gif

Both girls have their own rooms, but both start out in Kylie's room. After movie time, Megan decides whether she wants to sleep in her room or her sissy's. It's about 60/40 that Megan wants to go to her own bed.

flirtycuddle replied: The kids share a room and Will is in his crib still without a fuss. Jackie hates her room no matter what we have done and no matter how many times I put her in her bed she's on the couch when I get up. Let's just say I gave up on her in her bed and now she's asleep on the loveseat at 8:30 every night lol.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: They each have their own room. Wil is in a twin and Wesley is still in his crib.

We will probably be downsizing soon, when we move to CA, so most likely the boyw will share a room then. Which works for me since we bought them a bunk bed (two twins that can either go seperate or attached).

Boo&BugsMom replied:
Aw, that's so cute! laugh.gif

Both boys sleep in their own beds. When Aiden gets to a big boy bed we'll see what happens. laugh.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: Wherever, really... emlaugh.gif

They share a room, and have bunk beds - Brooke on top, Madison on bottom - but if they fall asleep somewhere else (living room floor, couch, etc) I just leave them there....and at least once a week one of them wakes up in the middle of the night and climbs in bed with me...

DH is the same way - he frequently falls asleep in the recliner watching TV and sleeps there all night....I'm really the only one in the house who sleeps in my bed every night. emlaugh.gif emlaugh.gif

holley79 replied: ANnika sleeps in her room. On the weekends when she wakes we have "snuggle" time in our bed.

luvmykids replied: On school nights, in their beds...at least until someone makes their way to my bed, which I was trying to nip in the bud but have been sleeping through it laugh.gif On weekends it depends, sometimes we all conk out on the couch watching movies, sometimes they camp out in Nikkas loft, sometimes in their beds.

Crystalina replied: Each kid has their own room and their own beds but they sleep with us every night. Some times I go on the couch (a lot actually) because there is just no room. They keep growing. dry.gif

Danalana replied: Kade is particularly fond of sleeping on my bladder.

MoonMama replied:
rolling_smile.gif I remember that well.

Danalana replied:
Kade slept on YOUR bladder too???

kimberley replied: my kids camp out together too sometimes and the girls usually end up in our bed or with one of their brothers lol.

amynicole21 replied: Our situation is not ideal. Nora and DH sleep in our room in the king bed. Sophia and I sleep in Sophia's room most nights, sometimes we all climb into the king together. I'm trying to get Sophia to stay in her bed all night with me on another mattress on her floor, but she usually climbs down and sleeps in the twin mattress with me. rolleyes.gif I am so ready to have my own bed to myself (and I guess DH can stay... maybe tongue.gif )

Brias3 replied: My kids each have their own rooms, and each have their own bed too, but ever since we moved here (2.5 years ago!), they rotate rooms but ALWAYS sleep together, even Ryan (although sometimes he'll sneak back to his own bed in the middle of the night). Thank goodness they all have queen beds laugh.gif

Before our move, Ryan and Aliyah shared a room and Mason's room was attached to ours, so I think they just got used to being "with" someone and they've always slept like that. Sometimes on the weekends, if Bruce is gone, we'll all sleep in our king bed.

moped replied: Well......Jack sleeps in his own bed in his own room. tonight is night #2 of Laila sleeping in her own crib in her own room - this is big news!!!!!!!! She is napping and everything in her crib - woohooo

grandma replied: My three year old grand daughter falls alseep watching tv and if you try to move her she has a hissy fit. So you have to leave her where she crashes; big recliner, sofa, etc. Her parents really need to address this, but it's fine for my house.
They tell me at home she sleeps with them almost always.

grandma replied:
Oh, she's on her own already....great!

moped replied:
Well yes - I am the sleep nazi!!!!

She goes to bed at 730 and will feed her at midnight or 1 and then down til 7am.....

grandma replied:
That sounds like a nice schedule and you get some sleep! Smart!

moped replied:
Well itis only night 2 but she did great last night and had 4 great naps today in her crib - so yes I am still very tired, but at least we are on the right track

I got so much done today!!!! wink.gif

AlexsPajamaMama replied: Alex sleeps in his toddler bed in his own room. If he has bad dreams he climbs into bed with me, usually thats been at 3am lately.

CantWait replied: That's so sweet.

Anthony sleeps in his own room. Some nights he'll join me on the couch, and once every couple weeks we'll camp out in the basement family room together. He's still a big mommy's boy.
