Which household task do you HATE

Josie83 wrote: I was just thinking this last night as I pulled a handful of mine and my sister's long thick dark hair out of the plughole dry.gif puke.gif dry.gif That is one job that I HATE! And no matter how hard I try I cannot get Jason to do it! rolleyes.gif

I also avoid ironing like the plague blush.gif Is it so bad that I never iron any of Cassie's stuff? It just doesn't seem to need it, she just creases it straight away anyway! laugh.gif And unless mine and Jason's stuff desperately needs doing without loking raggy, it doesn't get ironed either blush.gif blush.gif

Oh and of course cleaing the oven! Urgh! It is GROSS! puke.gif xx

mammag replied: Let's see......

1. Cleaning up dog's mess (when he gets sick or has an accident, also cleaning it from the back yard)

2. Unloading the dishwasher (so I delegated that to the kids....Kristen does top rack, Cade does bottom, Conner does silverware bin)

3. Sorting socks (ooh I hate those darn white socks, makes me want to move to somewhere where you can where sandals all the time.

4. The oven definitely so I just put it off until the last possible moment.

amymom replied: I hate them all!!!

But, absolutely hate to clean the bathroom! Everything about that just makes me want to puke.gif

For sorting socks: I have come up with this: My son and daughter, I just bought them alot of the same kind of socks. So now I just sort hers into one pile and his into another pile and I'm done. My husband gets all his in a pile He has to match them up himself. And mine are easier to do or seem to be. This seems to save me time.

stanleygirl replied: I hate scrubbing the floors! I feel this need to do them by hand all the time bc it seems as though the mop doesn't get them as clean, and with the kids spilling all the time, I need to do the floors every 2 or 3 days, so that would be my hands down most hated chore.
A close second would be cleaning the bathroom. Enough said lol.

mom2tripp replied: I hate it all, unless for some unknown reason I get a burst of energy and then I don't mind it. Ever since I had Tripp I really don't worry about it, DH ends up cleaning the bathrooms and straightening up bc I never have time to get around to it!

amynicole21 replied: Washing dishes by hand and putting away clean clothes. I've never cleaned my oven blush.gif

gr33n3y3z replied: I hate folding and putting clothes away

Everything else is ok

Josie isnt it that a nasty Job with getting hair out of the plug hole? LOL
I do it every now and then when hubby is to busy and when it comes out it sure doesnt look like hair LOL

Sunflower04 replied: I hate cleaning the bathroom. sad.gif

kimberley replied: ALL! lol

to name a few...

dishes cuz they NEVER end
putting away laundry.. what, i have to wash, dry, fold AND put them away?! blink.gif

unfolding any of the males' socks to wash them puke.gif puke.gif

cleaning the tub and toilet puke.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I hate ironing too...but never do it anymore...found a good cheap drycleaner!

I hate taking the trash out or emptying the diaper pale...stinky! So DH does that.

For the most part, I do everything else and don't mind too much...Oh I hate yardwork...does that count??? I get to the yard maybe twice a year at most! LOL! DH mows the lawn and I pick weeds...

kimberley replied:
huh.gif ironing? what is that?! blush.gif rolling_smile.gif

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I hate cleaning the bathroom!!!! Other than that I don't mind cleaning, it is just another part of being grown up. emlaugh.gif

Josie83 replied:
Yep I HATE it! It is just so GROSS! Especially when me and my sister have such long, thick dark hair blush.gif rolleyes.gif I swear I have to use like a tissue over my hand because I will not touch it, even though I know I'm being stupid because it is MY hair (well and my sister's) but puke.gif

Its just yuk!!

I actually prefer cleaning the bathroom to cleaning out the oven or ironing laugh.gif xx

A&A'smommy replied: Well lets see I HATE cleaning toilets!! I wear gloves and I use the one of those disposible toliet cleaing thing and I NEVER use a toliet scrubber because that is just nasty!! Oh and I never iron either I don't see the point and I fold or hang up clothes as soon as the come out of the dryer (most of the time) I don't see any reason why the need to be ironed especially Alyssa's clothes.. well except for her church dress wink.gif

MissyKay2005 replied:
I have never cleaned a oven ether in my lifetime. Might change though if I get my own home instead of renting...lol Do you really need to clean them? I hate cleaning the tolite mad.gif Especialy when you have all boys in your house. Boys just tend to be more messy in the bathroom.

~*~KATT~*~ replied: I can't honestly say I enjoy any housework, but my least favorite task would be washing dishes. It doesn't take very long and there are never many dishes to wash, I just hate doing them.

Josie83 replied:
I don't know, if ours is left for a while and THEN I clean it, loads of gross stuff comes off it which suggests its getting dirty! My mother always did ours which is I suppose why I do mine. It is so GROSS! Sometimes I make Jason do it but he's rubbish at it rolleyes.gif so I end up finishing it off for him anyway tongue.gif xx

5littleladies replied: Folding and putting away laundry tops my list. Hate it, Hate it, HATE IT!!! Which would explain why my kids are always digging through the dryer for clean clothes. blush.gif

Jamielou replied:
Same here that is what i hate the most.....

moped replied: TOILETS

JessC replied: I really hate DUSTING! banghead.gif I have allergies really bad and it makes me sneeze dry.gif

But other than that, i dont like dishes, i like to put them away but not do them cause of the smell!! puke.gif

3xsthefun replied: Folding and putting away the clothes...I'm really bad about leaving them in a basket or dryer. That is until DH has had enough and then he folds them and I put them away.

The next one would be washing dishes by hand..I so can't wait have a dishwasher again!
