Which name do you like better?

Calimama replied: I voted Carolyne ( I like it over Connie) , but to be honest I don't like either. DH would say "sure" to every name I suggested.. then when I brought them up again would say, " ew no".

Nina J replied: lol, I didn't really like either of them to begin with. Then Carolyne grew on me, but Connie hasn't. They're both DH's suggestions, lol. I think DH is going to end up naming this baby, he's so excited about it. I've turned into the male of the relationship, lol. DH's like "What about Carolyne Grace, or Carolyne Anna..ooh, Connie Grace, whadda you think??" and I'm like "Yeahh, maybe.".

LOL that's cute. He seems really excited. My DH was the same way.. to the point of being annoying. I wouldn't have changed it for the world though. He's crazy about his little girl.

lesliesmom replied: I went with Carolyne, but I'm partial that's my real name (carolyn anne). I grew up being called Carrie for short though, so if you don't want to call her carolyne and nickname her there's an option, you also have carol and lynn as alternatives.

I think its like Caroline, which I love, and voted for. I loved that name but DH hated it.

It's Kar-a-lynn. It's hard to explain though because the 'lyne' isn't pronounced exactly like lynn, it's more softer, if you KWIM..it's more like Kar-a-len.
