Which was easier with potty training?

amynicole21 wrote: I think we got Sophia trained with #1 pretty easily, but she hated going #2 on the potty. But Nora is picking up #2 FAR more easily than #1. rolleyes.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: My girls got them both the same. The only real issue we have is night training - which I know comes slower to some kids - Brooke has been potty trained over a year, doesn't drink anything for 3-4 hours before bed and still has an accident at night about once a month.

A&A'smommy replied: oops I acidently hit view results rolleyes.gif I have lost it... anyway potty training was NOT easy for us Alyssa was lazy and didn't want to do either rolleyes.gif but number 1 was easier it took A YEAR to get alyssa full time number 2 trained it was AWFUL and she didn't full time number 1 potty train until she was 3 so you can imagine it was frustrating.... anyway I have babbled on enough

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Jordan is proving just as stubborn with potty training as Jade was. The only difference is she knows what the potty is and what to do with it, just doesn't want to. wacko.gif

PrairieMom replied: After nearly 2 years of being #1 trained we still occasionally have issues with #2. growl.gif Ben is a hoarder tho, so we have had an exceptionally hard time with it. dry.gif

Brias3 replied: Oh wow, was just looking back on potty training with my mom this weekend. Our discussion made me remember what has been my least favorite part of parenting thus far! laugh.gif

BAC'sMom replied: First child without a doubt. In our case we relaxed and didn’t push Child #2 and #3. We let them get to those milestones when they got to them.

mckayleesmom replied: Both did it pretty easy with #1 and #2....My problem with Russell right now is he will poop in the potty during the day and when I put his diaper on him for bed...he will go again.....Even when I make him sit on the potty a couple times to poop before bed.......

lisar replied: Lexi was SOOOOOOOOOOO much easier than Raygen.

coasterqueen replied: I voted wrong. tongue.gif I thought you meant which child was easier. Ha ha. So I voted 1, but actually I should have voted 2 because both girls have done #2 on the potty so much easier. Heck, I can't even get Megan to go at all anymore. I think she'll be 20 before she trains. dry.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Oh gosh, at first I thought you were asking which child was easier to PT! rolling_smile.gif Well I think I'm the only one that voted #2 came easier for Wil. He still has pee accidents from time to time, but he almost always gets poop in the potty. I think it's easier for him to sense the feeling and then get to the potty in time. Where with pee, he doesn't quite make it. But doing better! No accidents his whole trip in CA last week, and that was Tues - Sun! smile.gif

Bamamom replied: I SOOOO dread this bawling.gif

lisar replied: Yes I voted #1 cause I thouht which child....I am such an idiot.

amynicole21 replied: I changed the options to clear it up a bit~! tongue.gif

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Yeah I thought you meant which child as well. #2 was hardest for Jade. I stand by above statement with Jordan. happy.gif

holley79 replied: Annika's got #1 down pat right now. She will #2 in her potty but if I see her looking as if she needs to go I remind her where her big girl pot is.
