Who comes up with these questions?
Hillbilly Housewife wrote: I'm in this "game" where some company sends me a new question every few days... and today's question was: Are babies born without a) kneecaps or eyelashes
And the correct answer is they aren't born with kneecaps... however they are.
There's a condition, Nail-Patella syndrome (NPS), which is a rare genetic disorder that causes abnormalities of bone, joints, fingernails and kidneys. NPS is commonly characterized by absent or under-developed kneecaps and thumbnails. It is estimated to occur in one in 50,000 newborns.
I wonder what type of response I will get from them?
amynicole21 replied: I've always heard no kneecaps... maybe they just aren't hardened yet?
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Oh they DO have kneecaps. Most people don't htink so, but they do. They're just made of cartilage and only ossify around the age of 3 or so.
redchief replied: Technically, though, the knee cap hasn't formed yet, so they are born without.

I always thought they weren't born with knee caps as well. Learn something new every day.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Ugh........today's question was:
Which did Leonardo Da Vinci invent a) the wheel or scissors
I swear, these people don't know ANYTHING.
Leonardo Da Vinci didn't invent EITHER of these.
Anthony275 replied: did he even invent anything?
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Most of it was luck on his part. He just usually claimed already existing yet non-patended stuff.
Anthony275 replied: and this is why i dont take art history!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Just got their reply today.
katiesmom2002 replied: hillbilly housewife what is this, you get a question everyday? why do you recieve a queestion everyday? im a curious person.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Oh it's jus some stupid contest to win a Macbook. I don't even know why I'm in it, but I registered myself and they send me a new question every few days. Ever question I get right gives me a ballot in the draw.
Although, now that I know it really doesn't matter whether you're smart or not... lol
