coasterqueen replied: We have them just about every day the legislature is in and it's about anything and everything. Guns, vicious dog bills, abortion, ASFME issues, health care, you name it they have them there and the block traffic and take up all the parking spaces outside our office.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: No, they were on Sunday here. How do I know? Because we drove all the way to downtown DAllas to go to the farmer's market then had to turn around and drive right back home. You couldn't get NEAR downtown.

To be perfectly frank I watched in on TV and it occured to me that the congress people are on easter break and secoundly all the protest talking and speeches were in spanish .. now I ask you how a congress person who doesn't know spanish.. ( I assume a possible majority of them) How are they supposed to be "heard" if no one understands them??
