Why you shouldn't swim with a retriever!

OK . . .I can do this! I'll just retrieve the board AND the kid!

My3LilMonkeys replied: Looks like great fun!! When I was a kid we had a golden retriever and we used to take him swimming in the creek with us all the time....he'd drive us crazy retrieving every leaf, branch, etc that floated by and bringing it to us.

It's too funny how they just retieve everything in sight. I had to stand on the dock & be the "catcher" so she wouldn't chew the toys to pieces

We're going camping this weekend, Bogie should be pretty mellow b/c he hurt himself but I'm dying to see how Harley handles the lake with the kids in it

Went neurotic and jumped out of Colt's second story window Miraculously he didn't break anything but his front foot is still very swollen and he just wants to lay around.
