Will your DH/SO
Maddie&EthansMom wrote: buy your feminine hygiene products for you?
Mine won't That is why I will be heading to the store when he gets home at 10 tonight.
It's my fault. I had all day to buy them and forgot.
coasterqueen replied: This is one thing Dh has ALWAYS from day one been willing to get for me. He's never been embarassed to do things like this.
mammag replied: Chris would rather not but has on many occasions. You would think it wouldn't be too embarassing for them.... it's not like anyone's going to think they are for themselves.
six_kids_at_28 replied: Only if he is doing major shopping at Shaws..he wont just go out to buy just those. SIL does that for me
ions_momma replied: Matt would prefer not too, but I can always talk him into it. lol
amymom replied: Lee has on a few occasions.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: My DH does! He'll even call me on his cell phone when he's in the aisle and say "okayyyyyyyyy, now is it the pink box or the blue box? Super or regular? Oh wait, they also have...". It's cute. He doesn't embarass very easily.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!! HE IS GOING TO BUY THEM FOR ME!!!!
10 years, ya'll. This is a FIRST! I just mentioned it to him and he asked what I needed and said "Okay, I'll stop by Wally world on my way home" Then he asked what else we needed. No telling what all he will come home with. You know he doesn't want to walk in there and just buy tampons.
amymom replied: See you get them trained eventually
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: WTG Scotty!!
MyLuvBugs replied: Oh heck no!! Our favorite comedian is Bill Engval, and he does a skit about having to get pads for his daughter. The first time we heard it, my DH looked at me and said, I will never get that stuff for you or Lorelei so don't ask. So, I'm waiting a few years, and then I'll spring it on him when he's running errands. lol
MommyToAshley replied: As long as we have been together, I have never asked DH. I always buy in bulk when there's a sale. I am sure he would not be thrilled about it, but I am not sure he would say no. Maybe I should just test him to see what he would say.
sunshine girls replied: James buys them for me, he doesn't mind. I always get the same brand and type, but on occasion he's come home with a different brand or type because "they sounded better".
I caught him a few years ago putting a tampon in some water to see how big it got, he's so goofy
MomToMany replied: I don't know if he would have bought them for me or not. I've never asked him. I'm guessing he wouldn't. But since I use cloth pads, there's nothing to buy anymore .
ammommy replied: That involves actually going into a store, right? Not a chance
luvbug00 replied: Rae, Brad has always done that too. he's like "with the wingy flappy things?"
Boys r us replied: Yeah, Rick will..he's never too thrilled over it..and I think I'd like to be a fly on the wall to see him in the store
kimberley replied: lol WTG Scotty!
dh has no problem with it. he even bought nursing pads for me all the time too
Kaitlin'smom replied: yes if I ask him to. but thats very rare I am out. he had to get pad after Kait was born since I had not gotten them yet (she was early) and i normaly dont use them. thankfully my sister worked at the hospital at the time so she got me quite a few.
3xsthefun replied: Yes, he has when I asked him to.
5littleladies replied: My hubby always buys mine. It always takes me a minute when I have to buy them myself because he usually does it and I don't know what to look for.
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I have never asked him too. I go grocery shopping every week, so I get them. But if he does go grocery shopping with me and I am buying them and he is putting stuff on the belt he picks them up and throws them on there like they are on fire. He is a dork sometimes!!
~Roo'sMama~ replied: I think Scott's gotten them for me once. He doesn't like doing it but he will if I ask him - I just never ask. I live for an excuse to go to the store!
MyLuvBugs replied: Really? I didn't know they made cloth pads anymore. Do you really like them? Do they work well? What about leaks and stuff?
coasterqueen replied: If your interested in things like that they also make "The Keeper" and the "Diva Cup" that are even more environmentally friendly because you aren't washing them, etc and some of my friends swear they are great. I just can't see using them though but I know people who swear by them.
Just google the names and you'll get some info on it, if you are interested .
moped replied: I am not sure if Tom even knows where the closest store is - LOL...............but NO
TANNER'S MOM replied: Oh my Dh does.. and he never thinks twice. He will ask for me or the girls.. b/c of course we have different needs... but he will.
I think it is b/c he has 3 women in his house so someone is always bleeding and bellyaching..lol
Tanner cracked me up ... I told Brittany to call Dh and tell him to buy Tampons..b/c he was at the store. I said it quitely.. I thought. She gets the phone.. and he doesn't answer. Leaves a voicemail to call home before he completely leaves town..
The phone rings... Tanner fights for it and wins.. I guess Randy asks him what we need and he says.. Mom and Britt need some coupons..lolol
I almost fell over dead.... I never laughed so hard in my life.lol
Randy said what?? Pizza coupons? He said Mom.. the pizza kind>
Finally I talked to Randy and he got tickled too!
MyLuvBugs replied: Reallllllyyy? hmmmmmm....I'm all for being environmentally friendly, but not sure if I want to give up my Always pads. I was just curious.
My2Beauties replied: Big fat NO! He would die if I asked him to do that!
JAYMESMOM replied: My husband and brother did that before also.
My husband and brother will go get them for me at the store. They don't care. He even knows what kind I use.
He doesn't embaress.
3_call_me_mama replied: Without a doubt:) He picks up anythign I need. When we were engaged I had him stop to pick up a pregnancy test and the clerk gave him this UH OH look and said "i'm sorry" to him, (must have thought it was an accident or a bad thing) but when he bought the test he said "at least I won't have to go buy you tampons for a while
jcc64 replied: Dh has no problem with the embarassment, but he never seems to get the right one. The choices overwhelm him. He needs written instructions.
mom21kid2dogs replied: Stephen has, although I doubt he relishes in the thought of it!
Insanemomof3 replied: You know, this is funny. James has gone out a couple times to get them for me. BUT. One night we needed condoms He didn't feel like going out. He sent me for them! OMG I was mortified. I was dying from embarrassment. I didn't want to just buy those, way too showy...so I bought bubble bath, and body spray. I get to the counter, some cute guy behind me grinned and looked at my items and said "looks like fun for someone tonight." OMG. Only then I noticed what I picked to buy with the embarrassing things. LOL
Debra replied: Mine used to buy them all the time for me without ever complaining. A friend told us about the Keeper. He was so sweet & order me one. And then I had a hysterectomy before I could use it! Oh & he had his Mom make me cloth pads once. I thought it was so thoughtful of him!
Mommy2BAK replied: John would always but them for me, and bless his heart, the day after we got home from the hospital after having Blakely I sent him to the store with a list of hygene products, tucks pads, nursing pads, breast gel (that stuff to prevent cracked nipples), pads, pretty much any and everything from a worst nightmare for him, but he didn't complain one bit.
Chiflata2003 replied: Yeah, he would.
b&bsmom replied: My dh has bought them when I have asked. i don't ask often but I just tell him something with wings. He doesn't seem to mind to much.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: He has, but the first time in the 8 years we've been together was this past summer. LOL. WTG Scotty.
mckayleesmom replied: mine will
MommyToAshley replied: LOL! That's funny!
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Oh yeah, no problem here for that.
He says it makes him feel like more of a man to buy tampns/pads then to go and buy condoms. He says he always feels that the clerks are laughing at him when he buys condoms...he thinks that THEY think that he's only buying them to look cool.
Aprilnewbee replied: [QUOTE]
I am ROFL LAMO!!!!
My dh will buy them if I ask, but I never have I always buy in bulk. Beth
kayla's mama replied: DH hasn't, yet!!! He only buys stuff at the grocery store, the chain that he works for. Down side he knows the managers and some clerks at all the stores. He would be mortified if I've asked. When we used condoms he didn't think twice about it.
My3LilMonkeys replied: Cloth pads? I will have to check them out!
DH will buy them for me - but only at stores with a self checkout and only if he can buy enough other stuff to bury them in the cart. He gets embarrassed.
Kay Bear's Mommy replied: Same here.
