C&K*s Mommie replied: WOW! She looks good for being 63. happy.gif

Cece00 replied: Maybe its just me but I find that very irresponsible and sad.

MyLuvBugs replied: Ok. Seriously......63??? Why? Especially when you already have 2 GROWN children. Why not just adopt if your so bent on having a kid? Sorry, JMHO, but the health risks alone after the age of 40 enough to make me stop.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: No, it's not just you. I find it sad too. Now those women who carry children for their daughters, that's another story. But to have a child of your own at 63, well, there doesn't seem to be a lot of foresight. I have to question the ethics of the doctors too, to do something just for the sake of it being done.

amynicole21 replied: Yikes! blink.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: wow she does not look 62-63 she looks more like 45. Very interesting.

ilovemybaby replied:
ITA and she will most likely die before her baby turns 21 or gets married and has kids of their own. I wouldn't want to be having a child at 60 plus and know that in 20 or so years they would lose me. I couldn't imagine losing my own parents at the young age of 20.

ions_momma replied:
I totally agree! And I dont understand why the doctors allow it. I will admit, she does look very healthy, but like they said, she could live until the child is 25, but that is still very young to loose your parents!

Brias3 replied: How sad. Yes, she looks good for her age but IMO, she's way past the appropriate child-rearing years. Think when her child is graduating high school, she might not even be around to see it. I think its pretty selfish if you ask me, especially with two grown children that she has gotten to enjoy and raise.

CantWait replied: ohmy.gif Wow, is she ever a cougar. Congrats to her, I think she's going to be a great mom. Most I would say they were crazy, but she looks very healthy as her doctor says, so I don't think in this case there's anything wrong with it.

ilovemybaby replied: She might be healthy/fit now but in ten years time it could be a different story. Anything can happen. JMO

holley79 replied:

That's what the ladies here at work just said when I read them the article.

luvmykids replied:
Ditto.

PrairieMom replied: "She came here with her husband, the couple love each other, she is very slim, blonde and in perfect condition, she fits all the criteria for maternity."

That is my favorite quote! There are "criteria" now? huh.gif I must have missed the news letter. dry.gif Good thing I highlighted my hair! Phew! just in time! rolleyes.gif Good grief!
