kit_kats_mom replied: Welp, I finally went to the gym today for the first time in a month. I did not gain but I didn't lose either. Still 196. However, I did 5.5 miles on the bike in 25 mins and I'm sweating like a maniac. The bike said I burned 300 cals so that's good!
I figured out that if I can lose an average of 2 lbs per week, I can be at my goal of 170 by the time vacation rolls around. I hung my swimsuit on the bedroom door for inspiration to get my butt to the gym at a minimum of every other day. It's my nemisis

Speaking of figuring where you'll be by a certain time. I am supposed to be at 129 by now. Wow, did I mess that one up by about 16 pounds. Maybe I need to get a swimsuit and hang it on the door, good thought.

Kaitlin'smom replied: congrats LOSERS, and sorry to the samers I know how frustrating it is. my offical day is tomorrow so I will let you know then. I did not drink enougth water yesterday, so I am pumping that through so hopefully I will be the same or lose. I do have in the back of my mind I might have gained 1 of the 3 back yesterday. I will find out tomorrow as I truly did not get on the scale this moring.
I have 3 and 1/2 weeks till I am going formal dress shopping so I need some more weight off, the event is 7 1/2 weeks away. I hope to drop a few more after I get the dress.

I haven't weighed in yet because I'm feeling bloated so I wanted to drink a bottle of water first.. I don't expect it to be good because I did REALLY bad this weekend but I did REALLY good yesterday
