Yay some very happy news... - I found out today.....

I went to the doctors today I had a physical today and found out. I am so excited DH and I have been TTC #2 for almost a year now. I thought I might be in Feb. I had AF but it was very light and the home test came back neg. and in March my AF was normal then it was very light again in April. and I didn't get one this month but all my home tests came back neg. and I didnt want to get my hopes up. I have an appointment for an ultra sound on Thursday. I haven't told DH yet and I would really love for him to be there for the ultra sound. But he is out of town till Monday and they only had an opening on Thursday and if I didn't take it I would have to wait for 3 weeks.
I feel a bit guilty for going without him but I want to know how far along I am so I am going to go anyway . Thanks for letting me share my good news

Once when I was pregnant, we got a shirt for my son that said "I'm the ...." on the front and 'Big Brother" on the back. It was the way we announced it to my parents. It was fun. Have fun thinking of a way to tell your DH

jem0622 replied: Congrats! Just a suggestion and something you may want to push for...ask them to check your progesterone levels. If you are below 20 then ask them to give you an Rx to boost your levels until you get out of the 1st trimester. Extra b6, b12, and folic would help too!

MM'sMama replied: Thank you I am so so so so excited but annoyed they called me today and canceled my U/S the U/S tech had a family emergency or somethig . I guess that means DH will get to be there .
