Yuck! Gross! Baby Nose Syringes...

sc_mom2five replied: oh my ewwwww! We've been using on for Laycie this week because she has a runny nose but thankfully it was new. We will not be rinsing it, that's for sure!

I just called and told her about it. She's going to check into it and if she can find one like that I'm off to get one as well.

sc_mom2five replied: yea they do... otherwise it's just as bad! I have been trying to figure out what I did with ours that opens on the end. Baby stuff gets misplaced so easily!

~Roo'sMama~ replied: We had a regular one and rinsed it all of the time, and it didn't get moldy. How do I know you ask? Well naturally we had to cut ours open when Dh needed the syringe part to clean the printer jets.

We also had one that opens on the top of the bulb part, and I think if you rinse it with really hot water and then shake all the water out and leave it open until it's dry it should be fine. It was a safety first one from Target, but I think Target also sells some American red cross ones that are the same.
