ZAVIER 3LBS 10oz - An update on us

Nursing is not going as well as I would like but we are trying and he is still getting EBM for all feedings. He latches on well and sucks well, he falls asleep quick though and get wore out. But, he is still only 32 weeks gestation even though he is 6 weeks old so that should improve with time. I am going in to see a specialist Thursday, there are some issues with my insides, i am still swollen and bleeding , the antibiotics haven't brought it down much so they may have to go back in.

Simplebeliever replied: That's great news! I'm delighted to hear your son is doing so well! I bet you can't wait for the day he gets to go home. It's awesome to hear he is latching and sucking well. Many preemies have trouble bf'ing so Zander is already ahead of the game.
