(pronounced Nah Puuu!! - French for All gone! or No more!) and now....when Zach's sippy cup has no more milk or juice in it, he raises his hands and says "N'as pu!!!"
It's SOOOO cute!!!! lol!
He learns new stuff every darn day!! He's growing up WAYYY too fast!!!
MommyToAshley replied: Aweee, that's cute. What a smart lil' guy!
MomToJade&Jordan replied: I know exactly what you mean. Jade has just started saying her version of Thank you. When she has something I don't want her to have I ask her if I could have it. She brings it to me and then I say Thank you. Well she has started to say something akin to that. They grow up so fast.
CantWait replied: What a smart little guy, he must sound so darn cute

amynicole21 replied: That is so cute!! I love how they are really starting to communicate.
DansMom replied: That's adorable!! Will Zach be bilingual? I hear learning two languages from the start makes learning other languages later so much easier.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Yes - DH and I are both perfectly bilingual (and I speak a little bit of Spanish, Italian and German - enough to understand and be understood - but not able to hold a conversation), and we speak to him in both English and French. Our families are all bilingual as well - but they mostly talk to Zach in French - and Zach's sitter and playgroup is completely English.
So he gets it all! I KONW he understands both - because whether I ask him *as tu faim?* or *are you hungry?* he knows what it means...and if it's no, he shakes his head no - and if it's yes, he goes to his high chair. lol!
Learning ANY language is easier when yuo're young. I have a cousin who taught his daughters 4 different languages - all 3 of them were fully fluent in all languages by the time they were 5. (English and spanish for my cousin - French and portuguese for his wife.) It's hilarious to hear them talk - one will say one thing in english, the other will resopnd in portuguese...or french...or spanish...it's too funny.
mummy2girls replied: what a smarty
Kaitlin'smom replied: aww I love seeing kids learn new things.
