Actually, the pee pool probably describes just about any public pool.

yeah you know when you're swimmin in a pool and you pass through a warm spot and at first you're like that is really warm and nice and then your brain goes that is a pee spot!!!!!!!!!

I'd much rather swim 10 minutes in frigid water.
