Zobmondo 1-22 - outrageous game of bizarre choices.
PrairieMom wrote: Now, lets see if this darn poll works. I apologize to the mods in advance, just in case... here goes...
PrairieMom replied: how flipping frusterating! Alright. I'm done. This is the last poll the mods will have to fix for me for a while. Seriously, am I the only one having issues? Its not that hard!
CantWait replied: Sorry so mean to laugh I know, but this is funny stuff.
Tara, are you putting each answer on a seperate line?
This is a really tough one though Tara, waiting for a mod to fix it will give me some time to think hard on it.
PrairieMom replied: yeah. I put both choices on separate lines, in the poll choices box, then when I hit "add my poll" it tells me that one choice isn't a poll, I need more than one choice. so, today, I put would you rather on one line, then the other 2 choices each on their own lines and it came out that way.
punkeemunkee'smom replied: OK Tara I edited
TheOaf66 replied: now locked in car as in you cannot get out?
oh well if you're in your car at least you have the radio you can move around somewhat wouldn't be that bad
stella6979 replied: I chose the elevator only because I am a paranoid freak and if I was locked in my car on a deserted road, I would constantly be thinking about some strange man breaking in my car, kidnapping me, and killing me. Like I said...paranoid freak!! At least if I'm in an elevator I know I'm somewhat safe. LOL!
~Roo'sMama~ replied: Both would be scary, but I picked my car because there's no danger of suddenly plummeting thousands of feet to my death. And in my car I could listen to the radio, and see out the windows. And I might eventually find the window breaker thingy stashed somewhere in the car and break myself out.
A&A'smommy replied: THATS is EXACTLY the way I am!!
lisar replied: I choose the elevator. If I had my kids with me I would rather be in an elevator. Mainly cause if they break something in there I wont care at that point
Jamison'smama replied: Definitely my car---a minivan with a TV. I would spend the first half of the day making them clean the darn thing out. It would take that long to find all the toys that have made it into the crevices of the car. Then they could watch a movie until the battery died. Then it's bedtime. We've spent 13 hours driving--the only issue would be the potty. I would hope there would be some fast food cups somewhere in there...and on most days, there are.
Calimama replied: My car!!!!
cameragirl21 replied: elevator. I've been stuck in those more than once and survived it so I don't see it as a big deal. Plus there is an emergency call in most of them. I once got stuck in an elevator that was packed and we were like sardines...the reason the elevator got stuck is because there was too much weight in it, as in, there were too many of us. And we were starting to run out of air which was a bit scary. We all knew each other though so it wasn't that bad. It was back in my days of working for someone and these were my coworkers on one of our business trips. I used my cell to call my boss and she alerted someone and they got us out but we had to be hoisted up and out because they could only bring it up between floors. Once in college I got stuck in an old elevator with some classmates and it started bouncing up and down as if the jolly green giant were shaking it. Once I got home in the middle of the night when I lived in an apartment and found the elevator was dark...the light had burned out or wasn't working. I had just come from a trip so I wasn't lugging all my things up the stairs so I took a chance on a dark elevator in which I most certainly would have been stuck the entire night had it malfunctioned as the security people wouldn't have been reachable at night. Oddly enough, I was terrified of elevators as a kid because my grandma told me about my mom's friend getting stuck in one (when my mom was a kid) and the way my grandma told the story, it sounded like the girl had been stuck there for all of eternity. Then I got stuck in one as a kid (but not alone, I was with my parents and some guy who was trying to show us a timeshare he wanted us to buy) and the building was still under construction so the elevator wasn't looking so good. I started bawling but then got over this fear when I visited Chicago as a teen and went up to the...shoot, I can't remember the name of that really tall building...the Sears tower? Anyway, going up over 100 floors helped me get over it. But if you'd asked me this as a kid I'd never in a million years have believed I'd choose to be stuck in an elevator over a car, never. I don't like deserted places, they're way too "texax chainsaw massacre" for me.
My3LilMonkeys replied: I picked elevator for the exact same reason!!
