alyssa is sick!

A&A'smommy wrote: yesterday she started getting congested and she was okay and then today she started coughing so i took her to the doc and got her some medican, well now she has a fever and she isnt eating as much (but she is having plenty of wet diapers so im not real worried about that but i am watching it!). Right now im just holding and rocking her...i feel horrible for her i hate that she feels bad!! Im not feeling good either my head feels huge my nose is stopped up and my throat hurts...so please please send me dont get sick vibes moms arent alloud to get sick are we!?!

PS - You probably already know this, but let her take naps sleeping sitting up a little, like in her car seat or bouncy seat. If that doesn't work, put some blankets under the head end of her mattress to raise it up a bit. It should help with her congestion.

CantWait replied: Ack I always said in a way I'd rather my kids got sick then me, cause if I was sick I wouldn't be able to take care of them, but then they got sick and my heart broke, it's horrible.
