could I still be pregnant?

CAMSMOM1 replied: If you are a week late, yes...it's possible. I went through this same thing last month. I thought I was late for my AF, I felt like I was pg, and took 2 tests, both negative. Sure enough, after I took my 2nd one, I started my AF the next day. We weren't TTC but it was still a disappointment.

I had posted about this, and I got a lot of feedback. A few ladies said they were pregnant, and for whatever reason, the HPT came out negative.... (even though they were pregnant, the test weren't showing up. ) And even one person said, the blood work came out negative, so she requested a U/S and sure enough, she was pg!! So it is possible you are prg, and getting a negative reading. But usually a digital test are pretty acurate.

I would say wait a few more days, test again. If you still are negative, and no AF, then I would schedule an appt. with your doctor. Request a blood test, and an U/S if you really believe you are pg.

I know our minds can play tricks on us, especiallly when we really want to be pg. Sometimes stress can cause your AF to be late. Do you have normal periods? Are you ever late like this? Are you going through any stress?

Edited, to say that I pray your Grandma's cancer goes into remission, and she will have a fast recovery.

NEWMOM05 replied: I knew I was pregant when the test said Negative. My cycle wasn't due yet, but I knew. I tested and after a few more it finally said Pregnant. I should own the EPT company as I have bought some many of thsoe tests. I hope you are pregnant, but if not this time keep trying. It will happen, I'm sure of it.

jacobsmama replied: I would definetly call your doctor and get a bloodtest at least. We have alot of patients who call in to the office and say their home test was negative but they feel pregnant adn sure enough the bloodwork is positve. Don't give up!!

I did skip a couple months last summer but for the last few months I've been every 28-31 days and today is day # 36.
