Edward's Mommy replied: Edward started teething at that point too. It took a while for him to actually get his teeth! He was born in July, was teething at two months and didn't get teeth until January. And he got two at the same time.

Just think I was 2 months premature...figure that one out

NEWMOM05 replied: Ah Kimberley. Nice to meet you. Holley said your little one is only 7 days younger than my lil' Kathryn. Kathryn is doing the exact same thing. So thanks for posting this. I think she's teething although it may be quite sometime before we see teeth.

PhiMuMommy replied: definantly.. get pretzel rods (they have unsalted ones) they are hard enough for gnawing, last forever, and dissolve so you dont' have the choking factor.. and they arent' that bad for the kid either!

kimberley replied: jade got her first teeth at 5mos. i honestly don't remember when the drooling etc started . jacob was an early teether but that kid was my "toddler at birth" lol. i didn't think it would happen with any other child

~~*Missi*~~ replied: i read somewhere when sabrina was around 2-3months it was in the AAP book or Mayo Clinic book. That at this age thier tastebuds start working and that leads to them drooling and such.
So it could be teething or just the taste bud thing. I know sabrina didn't teeth until 12m lol the first 4 teeth came in smoothly no issues it was when she sprouted 10 teeth in a month or so that we had issues.
