Kaitlin'smom replied: weird I though maybe I was crazy. I happen to be eatting a candy cane when my stomach was upset and my stomach settled down, so I tried it again and it worked, I still thought I was crazy so I thought I would ask you all.
momofone replied: yes i read it just recently that it does work - they make peppermint teas too for tummy aches.
lisar replied: Thats cool. I didnt know that. Thanks
jcc64 replied: Any kind of mint is known to be a stomach soother. I used to drink mint tea for morning sickness all the time. Ditto for ginger.
moped replied: I know it is good for your mood.....the nurse in the hospital gave me peppermint tea for my "mood"
gr33n3y3z replied: I always had used mints to clam my stomach and the kids works really good
Kaitlin'smom replied: I will have to remember that next time I am in a mood and try it.
Good to know I was not crazy and it works for others.

I am having some serious neasuea ...
HuskerMom replied: It's always worked for me!
jacobsmama replied: I hear it works, but so far I am 24 weeks and counting and nothing works but a little zofran for this problem!
lovemy2 replied: Speaking of 24 weeks Kristi -WHERE ARE THE BELLY PICS
My3LilMonkeys replied: That's why restaurants give out peppermints a lot - to soothe the stomachs of all the people who ate too much.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Yes, I have a glass of peppermint or combo of pepp/camomile tea every night before bed. It's good for digestion. My SIL rubs peppermint oil on her tummy. Best way to absorb it, according to her. You can buy the oil at any natural foods store.
luvmykids replied: Yep....I went through A LOT of ginger snaps and peppermints when I was pg!
