besides more sleep or surgery
Littlejojames replied: I use some eye cream from Clinique. Its really good but i cant remember the name of it sorry. have you tried a eye gel mask??? its like a sleeping mask which you place over your eyes to block out light but its full of gel you pleace it in the fridge it take the swelling and rings away. There usually really good.
TANNER'S MOM replied: I know u will laugh but it works. Prep H...for the bags. Takes the swelling right out. And for dark circles, I like to use a yellow based cover up just around my eyes.
Kaitlin'smom replied: I have one but it does not seem to do much, it helps with the swelling a bit, but them the dark circles look worse
favre4fan replied: I have dark circles too, i usually use a yellow concealer underneath. I have yet to find a good eye cream. i refuse to spend a ton of money on cosmetics.
Littlejojames replied:
Prep H is brill, forgot about that one thanks
Boys r us replied: yellow concealer works good for me..but also I've used in the past this serum type stuff made to reduce the look of dark cricles and it's worked wonderfully...I don't use it anymore b/c well..I figure I'm a fulltime working mother of two..if I can't have dark circles, who can? LOL
Kaitlin'smom replied: its not that I mind it so much but we are having our family picture taken soon and I want to reduce to look, since I finally figured out what bothered me about ours from last year....it was my eye and how tired I looked (okay I was) makes me hate the pics. so I was looking for somthng to help around picture time

A&A'smommy replied: I have ALWAYS had dark circles and not because of lack of sleep I'm not really sure why... anyway I use since I have light skin ivory concelor (mary-kay) works best for me, we also have something for that. I would be REALLY careful what you use because the skin around your eyes is JUST skin and SUPER sensitive even if you don't have sensitive skin.
Kaitlin'smom replied: have you used this? and if so does it work?
My2Beauties replied: Prep H and cucumbers always work!!!!!
kit_kats_mom replied: Yep, Preperation H is awesome for reducing puffiness. IF it's really bad, you can put an icepack over your eyes, follow with some beaten egg whites to tighten the skin (let it dry then wash it off with cold water) and dab on some preperation H. Reduce discoloration with a yellow based conceiler.
Thats' what I did when I was modeling back in the day and I'd been out partying too late the night before...waaaaay back in the day.
The egg whites cause a major skin tightening and will reduce the appearence of large pores temporaraly also.
coasterqueen replied: Wow I'll have to try Prep H. Good idea! I was told that if you have allergies that it's hard to get rid of the circles. I have severe allergies and my allergist said that's the reason for the dark circles. I just gave up on getting rid of them.
Josie83 replied: Cold teaspoons, teabags or cucumber from the fridge . . . my mother swears by them! And she's an old boot with an axe to grind about everyone, she would have plenty of black circles if she didn't use them, the amount of time she spends stirring her cauldron! xx
MyBlueEyedBabies replied: MAC concealer can hide anything and everything. I have covered bags, circles, acne spots, sunburns, and even the tattoo on my back when I was scared my step-dad would see at a picnic.
Kaitlin'smom replied: thanks for all the ideas I will try some...you all are great
