I mean being able to track your package once a day and getting the same message "you package has been scanned by our people and we aren't going to tell you it's exact location for the next 4 days" isn't exactly what i call tracking..Although the lady on the phone was very nice, poor thing sounded like she has a bad phone call before mine, couldn't help that much either. so if you could update your thing like ups or fedex that would be awsome and i wouldn't have to chew my fingernails to bits wondering if my package will get here before christmas and you won't have to feel my wrath if is doesn't .

They didnt update their system back in Sept.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I agree mine has not updated either since it was accepted. personally they have some lazy workers who dont scan then in when they arrive so we are not kept up to date like it used to be when they first came out with the service.

I got three packages yesterday, online it still said "We have received notification to expect this package for mailing" or some such nonsense. I was thinking, well I'm glad someone filled you in but I already got it, thanks

Jackie012007 replied: ugh SO TRUE - I sent a package priority, paid the extra and couldn't track it and then it ended up taking a week to get there anyways - what a rip! The USPS is on my S list as of late!!!
