doing things in your sleep?

also sometimes when i take a nap in the afternoon i leave my tv on, i don't have a timer on, but when i wake up its on a different channel, and i know i dont do that because my remote dosent work


could this be ghosts or something?

I've re-arranged all of the items in the kitchen cabinets so when I go to get a cup of coffee in the morning, the cups are where the plates used to be. I've vaccumed the house in my sleep. I've gotten the ironing board and iron out and set them up, luckily, I didn't plug the iron in! I've done lots of weird stuff. My college room mate still talks about my nighttime antics.

Not the whole leg just the part that starts from the knee to the feet ( sorry don't know what it's called ) It just sways back and forth. I didn't even realize this until Amber and Esther took pics to show me. Hopefully you can get a mental pic of what I mean.

grapfruit replied: Does anybody know who Mike Birbiglia is?? That just reminds me of him so much. He's a comic (often on Bob and Tom for those of you that have that syndicated in the morning) He does his "Secret Public Journal" on the air about once a week or so.

Anyway, he's a HORRIBLE sleep walker. Like his brother, Joe, has to go on tour w/him and like strap him down. Actually he sleeps zipped up in a sleeping bag w/oven mits on his hands so he can't unzip the sleeping bag. This is because one night on tour, he was dreaming about God knows what, and jumped out of a window Thankfully he wasn't on the 5th floor or anything.

Well he calls his "sleeping self" Sleepy Karl. Anyway, my point is, he's really funny, sleep walks, and it reminded me of him.

Dh had a dream the other night that Keith was falling off of our bed and in his sleep he reached out and grabbed me really hard when I was rolling over, scared me so bad!

I don't really do anything in my sleep (that I know of) but I see things all the time, especially people. Like the other night I was half awake and I sat up and saw this little girl in a really pretty dress but her face and hands were all burnt. It was weird, then later that night I saw a man that looked burnt too. I just told myself it wasn't real and rolled over to face the wall. Seeing things like that used to freak me out bad but anymore I just ignore it.
