eating paper

C&K*s Mommie replied: I would have a chat with his pedi and see if you need that blood test to check his iron levels. It may be a phase, apparently it is something more common than I would have thought. Nonetheless, this still must not sit right with you as the mother here, as a mother I would be in the same boat as you. Questioning it, and not brushing it aside.

mckayleesmom replied: Its normal....Paper is going to be your worst enemy for a few years...Mckaylee is almost 3 and although she doesn't eat it anymore...she still shreds it sometimes.


BTW...funny you mentioned this...yesterday I caught Russell eating paper...and he was sharing with the dog....What kind of dog is this?...Not a very smart one...

I was thinking that it is probably the texture of the paper and maybe the chewiness of it??
