favorite flowering tree--dogwood and royal poinciana, but I also love magnolia and lilac
favorite flowering bush--gardenia
favorite flowering vine--pipevine and moonflower
favorite water plant--reddish pink water lily
favorite cut flower--tulips and peonies
favorite wedding bouquet flower--madagascar jasmine
favorite herb to grow--parsley, because it attracts swallowtail butterflies
favorite garden insect--butterflies and lady bugs
favorite garden bird--hummingbird, but I don't see too many of those here
favorite kind of rose--red climber
favorite fruit tree--any citrus, their blooms smell like heaven
must have garden decor--an arbor trellis with a flowering vine covering it
favorite exotic flower--vanda orchid
what you wish you could have in your garden--animals, like the sheep and goats and whatnot they had in the movie, "The Secret Garden" but IRL those animals will eat your plants
ok, that's all I can think of for now, anyone else want to play? If my brain is not totally fried from stress and boredom, later I may be able to tell you what your answers mean....

what you wish you could have in your garden--I wish I could have a bigger garden where I could plant flowers AND veggis, and more veggies.
cameragirl21 replied: lol, stephanotis ARE madagascar jasmine and those blue butterflies are swallowtails!  Swallowtails lay their eggs on parsley, dill and fennel and their caterpillars eat them.

Anytime!!!!! I'm so over my head  I don't really like yardwork AT ALL, and don't know what I have, and it all looks sucky since I don't know what I'm doing, which just makes it more overwhelming

must have garden decor--WE built a beautiful trellis, huge, 2 years ago..it's goregous and by far my fave decor in the garden area. No vines though..snakey and unkept looking to me!! I also like fountains.
