MyLuvBugs wrote: I just watched a baby story and this chick gave birth to a little boy (10 lbs, 11 oz) ALL NATURAL!!!
My who who hurts at the mere thought of a kid that size coming out.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I have a friend who has three kids...all were at least 10 lbs or more. I think her last was 11 lbs! She didn't have them naturally, but all vaginal!

I spit Tea on my keyboard!
WOW! That poor woman, bless her heart!
lisar replied: Yea thanks now mine hurts LOL
PrairieMom replied: WOW! The Boy was 7 lbs and it took me over 1 1/2 hours of actual pushing to get him out. I can't imagin a 10 pounder!
MyLuvBugs replied: I KNOW!!! She said she didn't really feel like pushing, but her midwife said she thought she sounded like she needed to push....4 or 5 pushes later out he came.... I can't even imagine. And no tears!!! I'm so envious of that!
luvbug00 replied: Holy cow! I'm hurtin'! LOL!
kimberley replied: she can likely thank her midwives for that. i had no stitches with Kaleigh either. i was told to push against the contraction so that the baby didn't shoot out like a torpedo (which causes tearing) and by controlling the speed at which baby comes out, it gives them time to use the oil to massage the skin so it naturally stretches instead of tears. makes total sense and never dawned on me til she told me last year lol. still wouldn't want a 10lber tho. that woman was brave! jacob was 8 1/2lbs and i thought i was going to die lol.
Boys r us replied: That is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!
ashtonsmama replied: I saw that same show! OUCH. She did a really good job too!
MyBabeMaddie replied: My friend just had a 6 lb 11oz baby and I can't even imagine a baby that size coming out of me! Is there anyway to predict baby size (other than comparing to siblings)
ashtonsmama replied: Um, 6 lbs. 11 oz. is pretty average! Did you mean 11 lbs. 6 oz.?
mummy2girls replied: I was 10lbs 2 oz...LOL
Hillbilly Housewife replied: That's a 5lb bag of carrots smaller than the 11lb 6 oz baby you probably meant to write.
