amynicole21 replied: Wooooo Hoooooooo!!!!!!! thumb.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied:
Oh goodness yes.

All the floors, pretty much, need to be sanded and refinished... the linoleum in the kitchen is disgusting, not to mention the horrid light blue tile on the backsplash... lol I also want to either paint, or change, all the cupboards. They need an update, badly.

Did you see the bathroom? OMG. The floor is pink and purple tiles... the tub, toilet and sink are PINK. The shower tiles are cream with purple striads...

I would also like to either paint or change all the doors...what the heck is up with those wooden doors. I haven't seen a wooden door in a house in YEARS! emlaugh.gif

Yeah, I'd say I need to do more renos in other rooms. rolling_smile.gif

Nothing is really rushing though. Well, except the inspection was done yesterday...and they found a crack in the foundation... but it's not affecting the structure, it's just allowing water in. So we just have to fill that... no big deal. It will cost less than 100$. That will need to be done ASAP... there were a couple other minor things though, like there is water damage under one window, in the wall... that will need to be checked out too.

The other stuff I mentionned though..floor, tiles...that crap isn't "necessary", I can live with that for a couple months until I get around to changing them. wink.gif
