just got bak from the perinatologist

They have more accurate tests ands its so new that they can't do it in my doc office yet. DH and I went there today. We got to have a sonogram and see our little baby! S/He was jumping all around and wasn't being cooperative about getting in the positions that they needed for measurements. But, man, it was so cool to see!

I also had to have 5 vials of blood drawn to complete the panel of tests. I have to go back between 15-16 weeks and then I get a level 2 sono the fist week in July.

i hate those afp tests. I had one with jordan and jenna and both came back pos for spina bifada... scarey couple weeks waiting for the final results after having an amnio. I hope that these tests are more accurate with you:)

I did find out with jason, but I may not have mentioned it on the board because I didn't join PC until he was about 6 months old.

LOL!!! I agree!, but on the other hand a boy would be easier because I have so many clothes, toys, even crib bedding

True. True. You know I've thoroughly enjoyed (so far, lol) having two of the same sex. I'm sure you would too, as of course would Jason and DH. That would mean you should be spoiled ROTTEN if you end up being the only female. Make sure you tell Dh that one. I dare not tell my DH he deserved to be spoiled rotten since he is the only male (even are two cats are female).
