Guest_angelhair wrote: went to see doc for a consult. she was very supportive and reassured me that I have a very good chance of having a succesful pregnancy next time. she said adam is the evidence that my body can carry a baby to term. i am older so that was a concern of mine, but she assured me that there are good eggs in there, as evidence by the fact that I have no trouble getting pregnant. she said that there was a lot of hope and I guess I needed to hear that! so far my husband and I have been"practicing". she took a blood test to see if my hcg level was zero or very low. I have been having some cramping still so she said if the hcg is elevated instead of going down, then I would have to have a ultrasound to see if there was any tissue and then I will have to have a d and c, which I really really do not want! love to all dee; as for trying half of me is excited and the other half is scared to death

MomToJade&Jordan replied: That is some great news. A friend of my Mom's just had a healthy baby boy over the age of 35. I know what you mean about the d&c. I had one with my first miscarriage. It wasn't fun, but the cramping stopped after I had it. Have faith and keep trying and hopefully you will be pg again.

I live in a small northern Minnesota town called Effie, population 92. My EDD is March 20, 2004 with #5. Most people think I'm crazy for having another one, but it wasn't on purpose- just another gift from God.
I hope to get to know you better, too. You can never have too many friends .
amynicole21 replied: Great news on the HCG!!! I'm so glad everything is getting back to normal.

I'm from Pittsburg, KS - a little town way down in the SE corner......about 6 miles from Missouri and about 13 miles from OK.
CantWait replied: Hugs to you. So glad your doctor gave you good news. here's to hoping you're carrying another beautiful baby soon.
