latest pics with trike - thanks for the photo tips!!

How's it going with the trike? We bought a similiar one for Corey for her upcoming b-day. Wondering if she'd be able to pedal.

DansMom replied: He can't even reach the pedals very well yet!---this is a hand-me-down and it's kind of big for him. When we push him, he loves that and is getting used to steering to make the bike go where he wants it to. So we have fun---I think by next summer, he'll be ready, and we have an open basement so he can ride around a bit during the winter months.

What photo tips helped you the most??

DansMom replied: Tips that helped:

(1) That I don't stand so close to the subject for closeups, but use the zoom feature instead---that was my first error, which often resulted in the background being in focus and the subject being fuzzy.

(2) That I hold the shutter down halfway so that the autofocus feature can focus, then press the rest of the way when I'm ready to take the picture. I'm not used to this totally yet, but I'm getting better.

(3) That I just take a whole bunch of photos, which increases the likelihood that one or two will be good.

He looks like he is having a blast on that trike!! Ashley is the same way, can't quite pedal all the way around, but she pushes it with her feet and steers where she wants to go.

And, great job on the photos!! They turned out awesome!
