margarine or butter

BabyOwen427 replied: I used to use margarine but I stopped when I found out margarine is one molecule away from plastic. And that if you set butter and margarine out on the counter, and let them sit the butter will attract bugs, and grow mold. The margarine will change very little, and the bugs won't touch it.
And besides, butter just tastes better.

Margarine for mac&cheese, baking, ect.
