So, I tried to call it and see if it had a tag or something but it RAN! The poor thing was so scared! So I had Dh phone the closest neighbor and see if it was their dog, well it wasn't. But, the neighbour heard the people from the accident were missing a dog so he said he'll phone the RCMP and check....so this morning I get a phone call from a man and he said to me " I think you might have my dog" he described the dog to me and said he was in the accident and lost his dog..I said " ya your dog is here". He was so HAPPY !! He couldn't believe I had his dog!!!

He lives about 1 1/2 hrs away and said he was coming RIGHT now to get it. I told him how scared it was and that it might be hard to catch but he said she'll come to his voice.

What a nice story, I'm so happy that I could help him out and he's so excited which just makes my day

The guy came for his dog about 2 hrs after he phoned and I told him where I had seen her last - under the calf shelters- and when he walked up there I could see her head pop up so he caught her and she was just barking and going crazy and the guy was so excited and happy to see her that he started to cry...just about made me cry. I was so happy they reunited.
Remember how I told you she was scared when I first saw her and when I tried to call her she just ran well, when the guy brought the dog up by the house, she came to me and licked my hand- it was like she was thanking me!!!

I really love animals so this was just awesome for me!!!
