ok, here's a cute exercise - just to lighten the mood

First choose a color that you can relate to and then write three adjectives that describe how you feelwhen you see that color. Do not choose words that describe the color itself.
Then choose any animal that you relate to, it can be your fave animal or not, just as long as you feel you can relate and then again, choose three adjectives that describe how you feel when you see that animal. Do not describe the animal, like if you choose a cat, do not use furry or something to that effect as one of your adjectives.
I have to get going soon but for everyone who participates, I will tell you all what this means and why shrinks and counselors often use this exercise...it's a self awareness exercise.
And hopefully it will lighten things up in light of the Madonna and iran postings....
