I love to have hanging baskets during the summer time on our porch so for those my favorite are Morning Star or Boginvilla (both tolerate our heat very well  ) New Guiena Impatients...Also love our wild flowers Bluebonnets,Indian Paintbrushes, Mexican Hats,etc...
This time of year I love Christmas Cactus-they are so neat!
For flowering trees I love Momosa, Gardenia, and Dogwood(childhood memories )
