cameragirl21 wrote: ok, i never thought i'd say this because i am so not organized and meticulous but this must be done in an orderly fashion.
and answers in three different threads is not orderly.
SO
would everyone who wants an answer please list your one favorite snowball and your one favorite flower here please?
please limit yourself to just one in each category.
and i will give you answers.
thanks.

PrairieMom replied:
my favorite snow ball? wink.gif

Okay.

Molten chocolate cake

forget me nots.

cameragirl21 replied:
what? huh.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: rolling_smile.gif favorite snowball. ROFLMBO. The chill from all of those snowballs must have gotten to you tongue.gif

Tulips, but actually it's the foliage of the tulips I love. A beautiful velvety spring green. I also really like irises

desserts...I'll say oatmeal cookie apple caramel bake with vanilla icecream

amymom replied: Chocolate Mouse mmmmmmmmmmmmm

And Roses in White and pastel colors like pink, yellow etc.

redchief replied: Bwhahahaha!!! Jennifer had a senior moment and she's not even a senior!!!! laugh.gif

My favorite flower - none
My favorite snowball... errr. dessert - Bread pudding (homemade, hold the raisins)

mom2my2cuties replied: Favorite Snowball - Blonde moment Jennifer??? rolling_smile.gif That was really funny!

Ok - Lets see -

Favorite Dessert - Andy's Caramel Maple Pecans

Favorite Flower - Coral Colored Roses.

Our Lil' Family replied: Favorite dessert - key lime pie
Favorite flower - tulip

kimberley replied: rolling_smile.gif i actually read it 3 times trying to figure out what she meant blush.gif *blonde roots from my mom happy.gif*

dessert: lecheflan - it is a filipino egg custard desert with caramel sauce
flower: white daisy

Jamison'smama replied: Lily of the Valley

Creme Brulee--(although I really love rice krispie treats)

redchief replied:
Hoot! I knew what lecheflan was!!! I've had it, and you're right, it's delicious!

cameragirl21 replied: OMG, did i really ask you for your favorite snowball?!
LOLOL, i got hit by so many snowballs today that one of them must have hit me in the head! hard. apparently.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: White daisies

Chocolate ice cream, with lots of add ins, like peanut butter cups and chocolate chips or m&ms. Oh man, I just made myself hungry.

cameragirl21 replied: ok, let's get down to business...one at a time because i'm pretty sure my blond moment is not over yet.
Tara--the forget me nots suggest that you are charming, like simple things to make you happy, are frugal, and do not favor extravagance but rather prefer life's simple pleasures.
the molten cake suggests that while on the surface you are conservative and perhaps conventional, underneath you have a mysterious and sensual layer beneath the skin.
Cary--you are a philospher, you like deep thoughts that may or may not have solutions, you are easily frustrated by the way things are and most of all, by the your seeming helplessness to change the status quo. you are down to earth and natural and the type that likes to get down into the mud to play with your children.
your dessert suggests you like variety and many different flavors and textures in your mouth at once. you do not like to limit yourself to one taste or sensation and prefer to be stimulated on many different levels.
Anne Marie--the choc mousse suggests you like the finer things in life, prefer quality over anything else and would prefer to splurge on the best of the best once in a while as opposed to having the ordinary everyday. You have a royal streak and probably favor fine fabrics like velvet and silk when it comes to clothing and perhaps decor.
your flower choice suggests you like tradition and to a certain extent fearing stepping off the beaten path...i bet you were taught that things are supposed to be a certain way because that is the way they've always been done and some part of you wants to question that and the other part of you is inclined to obey for fear of seeming difficult or a troublemaker.
ok, let me post this before i go on to the others....

cameragirl21 replied: Ed, your lack of favorite flower suggests that you are a man, which is a relief because that is what we all thought you were in the first place.
your dessert suggests that you love your mama and your family, that there's no place like home as far as you're concerned and that being surrounded by your family in front of a warm fireplace is for you preferable to the most exotic vacation in the most exotic locales in the world.
Tish--your fave dessert suggests that you like to revel in the moment as opposed to rushing through it. chances are when your meal is over you'd like more even if you're not hungry just to feel and taste the food in your mouth, you would like time to stand still so you can enjoy every sensation.
your flower choice suggests that you too like tradition to a certain extent but are just daring enough to choose an unusual color. you don't like things to be too bold or too subtle, you're most comfortable right in between.
Our Lil family (Naomi, right?)--key lime pie--you may be living in some snowy Santa haven but in your spirit you think you belong on some beach in Hawaii or Costa Rica or Fiji. You like to step away from your conventional lifestyle for a taste of the exotic, even if it's just a taste. you may live in the status quo but you question, even if only in your mind and not aloud. some things don't make sense to you...you are not satisfied with answers such as, "that's just the way it is." you are, however, satisfied most of the time and generally want what you have as opposed to striving for something different.
as for the tulip--you like clean lines and while you are more traditional than modern, you once again step away from the status quo just for the sake of having a sense of order in your environment and are most threatened/bothered by chaos and disorder.

My3LilMonkeys replied: Flower - lilacs. The deep purple ones, if it matters.

Dessert - peach dumplings with cinnamon flavored ice cream.

cameragirl21 replied: Kimberley--i have no idea what that dessert is but i get the impression that it means you are proud of your ethnic roots and like to bring them into your everyday life as much as possible. i'm guessing you probably eat rice regularly, no?
as for your flower...it means you fall in love easily but watch your step...people may disappoint you because they are rarely what they seem to be or what you have romanticized them to be. you are a true romantic at heart and the type of girl who likes to run barefoot in the grass instead of walking the red carpet in Jimmy Choos.
Brenda--i love lillies of the valley, they smell sweet, look dainty and are filled with enough poison to kill a small army. You too like simplicity, you always want to be in love and you revel in your femininity. it's however, not wise to tick you off, you can be vicious and not outwardly so, your poison is planted in silence when your victim least expects it.
As for your choice of desserts, it's a paradox of your wanting a taste of the richness of the good life and the fact that you're most happy when you're getting dirty with your kids.
And Kelly-the white daisies i already described for Kimberley, please see above.
as for your dessert, you like the simple but are not entirely satisfied with it...in other words, you're not appalled by simplicity but you seek to spice it up. you can take the most mundane thing and make it extraordinary with your creativity and imagination.

PrairieMom replied:
in the original post you asked us to list our one favorite snow ball. wink.gif laugh.gif

cameragirl21 replied:
yes, i've been made aware of my blond moment, Tara...i think the snowball you pelted my way hit me in the head and i'm still seeing stars.... tongue.gif cool.gif

PrairieMom replied:
You have me spot on with the Forget me nots, esp the frugal part. rolleyes.gif laugh.gif I don't know about the sensual part of the cake tho. We all know where I stand in THAT department blush.gif

PrairieMom replied:
yeah, sorry, I replied before I read the entire thread. tongue.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: Cool - You pretty much got it right on - except I don't really love food all that much. I LOVE making it - but not eating it so much! rolling_smile.gif The Caramel Maple pecans were an "accidental" yummy that we came up with for the bakery and they are so delicious...and addicting - I actually have to hide them becauce they are like Potato Chips - Can't eat just one. But that is the only food I really feel like that about.

Oh! And those roses were the exact roses for my wedding - which would make sense, we had a traditional wedding - with not so traditional colors...Have I mentioned that my wedding dress was Eggplant purple? emlaugh.gif The roses actually looked AWESOME!!!!!! The Coral against that purple.

cameragirl21 replied:
it's beneath the skin, Tara, there is a goddess in you just dying to come out.... cool.gif
btw, sensual and sexual are two different things.

PrairieMom replied:
rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif
( don't tell my husband) blush.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: For my flower I said anything pink. tongue.gif I like pink and orange gerbera daisies...especially the pink ones with a bright green center. biggrin.gif

My dessert was key lime pie. yummy.gif

kimberley replied: happy.gif yes, i do eat rice everyday almost blush.gif and i am always barefoot unless prohibited by law laugh.gif

cameragirl21 replied: Pam, your flower suggests that you love beauty found in nature, are down to earth, and prefer a blooming garden to a shopping mall. you prefer the natural over the cosmetic and/or plastic. you prefer the simplicity in life and take pleasure in the little things that most people don't even notice. you are grateful for what you have and don't seek what you perceive to be unnecessary luxuries.
your dessert suggests that you are a sweet, homebody, happiest in the kitchen baking and/or coloring with your kids, and love family life more than any extravagance. chances are you respect your elders, even if you don't get along with them.
Aimee--you are a girly girl, finding joy in your femininity. when you watch Maddie playing with her dolls you secretly wish you could trade places with her, at least for a day. you are not pretentious and probably don't spend hours getting ready to go out, you are just all girl.
and your dessert was already described, see a post above.... happy.gif

redchief replied:
Keep it up and I might start believing in this nonsense. wink.gif That's me to a tee. Thanks, that was a lot of fun. thumb.gif

CantWait replied: Favourite Flower: A daisy.

Favourite Dessert: Definetly a the perfect chocolate cake.

redchief replied: Oh... from Wikipedia, this is flan, though I believe there's some local Philippino flare in Kimberley's version. I believe the base is close.

From Wikipedia:
Crème caramel, known as flan in the US and Spanish speaking countries, is a kind of rich custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top. Both names are of French origin. The dish has spread across Europe and the world, and is known as 'flan' in Spanish-speaking countries. In the United States, the dish is now best-known in a Latin American context, so is called flan; in Europe, it is generally known as crème caramel,

cameragirl21 replied: Marie--a daisy has already been described above, see Kimberley's description.
as for your dessert...you are a true blue good friend with a heart of gold who wants to share her love. you are generous and may be easily taken advantage of. you are also easily manipulated by those around you. you always put others before yourself and may be too trusting.

CantWait replied:
ding ding ding.

So between my flower and dessert, I'm a sucker. That's me to a tee. emlaugh.gif emlaugh.gif

cameragirl21 replied:
i know what flan is, Ed, here in Miami we have plenty of it as Hispanics love it.
i wasn't sure if Kimberley's was the same thing or not so I went out on a limb on hers.... tongue.gif

redchief replied:
I was actually wondering how you could be in Miami and not know what flan was. That explains it.

luvmykids replied:
MMMMMMMMMMMM..... no shortage of flan here, Kimberly, what's different between the Filipino and Spanish versions?

my2monkeyboys replied: My fave flower is sunflowers, though the old, huge, scent-filled roses are a close second.
Fave dessert is strawberry shortcake or cheese cake.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Jennifer, once again you nailed me. I like these things.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Favorite flower :Violets...I just love them. They're one of the first flowers to come up in the Spring.

Favvorite Dessert: Cannoli

amynicole21 replied: Favorite flower - tulip
Dessert - chocolate truffles yummy.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Funny - here, a flan is like an angel food cake with custard and fruit on top, the fruit is covered in a gelatinous glaze... rolling_smile.gif

My favorite dessert is Cherry pie filling straight out of the can. Then, Cherry cheesecake. tongue.gif

Favorite flower is the zucchini flowers. But that may be because I love to eat them. emlaugh.gif Second would be a Blue Passion flower , followed by a Pitaya flower.

mummy2girls replied: fav flower.. lilacs

dessert.. strawberry shortcake

cameragirl21 replied: Carrie-Ann--hmmm, violets...you are feminine but with a wild streak, some part of you wants to drop everything, grab your passport and see where you end up. you like the wild and unpredictable side of nature and if you were in Alice in Wonderland, you'd drink it if it said "drink me" and eat it if it said "eat me" just to see what would happen. as a parent you are torn between your natural maternal desire to protect your children and your instinct/personality trait that leads you to want them to discover themselves and their own world without limitation.\
as for your dessert--you're romantic but you want to be smothered in love...you'd literally like to drown in the sea of love and never come up for air. your idea of the perfect relationship is right out of a fairy tale and when life and reality happen, you tend to be disappointed over and over again.
Amy--tulip was described earlier, but i feel there's more to it with you than with the previous person, do you have a color preference for the tulips? that will lend more information.
your dessert--you like indulgence but feel guilty indulging yourself so you're more inclined to indulge others. you are keenly aware of your environment and take note of smells, sounds and sensations beyond just the visual. you have a kinship with the air around you, so to speak.
Stephanie--sunflowers--you are a deeply spiritual person and probably deeply religious. you believe God is everywhere and are keenly aware of His presence in everything you do. you prefer purity and simplicity to anything that is altered by humans to suit an aesthetic that society places before us. some part of you wishes you were born in an earlier time when life and people were more simple. you are honest to a fault and would rather hear the truth than any fabrication even if a fabrication would spare your feelings.
your dessert suggests you're wholesome and tend not to experiment too much...you don't stray from the conservative path. you are not inclined to try to reinvent the wheel and prefer to stick with what's tried and true as opposed to trying to be original. if it has worked well for others, you believe it will work for you too and there is no sense in fixing what isn't broken. you tend not to question rules or authority because they usually make sense to you.

cameragirl21 replied: Rocky, i'm still not sure what a zucchini flower is...is it a flower made from cut pieces of zucchini like a decoration? please clarify.
as to your dessert, it means you are not afraid of hard work and manual labor, you will change your own tire instead of waiting for a guy to come along and do it for you (unlike some of us blush.gif ). you'd rather paint your own walls than hire someone, you feel things are best done when you do them yourself. you've probably always been a bit of a tomboy and are not afraid of going after what's yours, even if it means fighting for it, literally...i bet you were the kind of girl who beat up boys when you were little.
Jenna--You are a true blue romantic in an old fashioned sense...you'd still like a knight on a white horse to show up at your door step. you like all the little intricacies of the courtship process and love things to be pretty as well as purposeful. decorations that reflect your true inner self are very important to you and your space absolutely must feel like home even if you live there only for a very short time.
strawberry shortcake was described above for Stephanie...neither you nor Steph likes to rock the boat and you both prefer harmony over everything else, even if it may be a false harmony...conflict is your enemy.

Kaitlin'smom replied: dessert-browine (no nuts or frosting)

flower-sterling rose

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Rocky I love zucchini flowers!! I've never known anyone else who knew what they were.

Jennifer, zucchini or 'squash' flower is the flower that the squash actually is formed from. wink.gif I'll see if I can find a picture. They are edible and around here they are very hard to come by. I think they are a delicacy. biggrin.gif Scotty and I had squash fritters or zucchini fritters at a restaurant in NYC and haven't been able to find them since. Of course if we had our own garden we could have them anytime. tongue.gif

amynicole21 replied:
Bright orange wink.gif

cameragirl21 replied:
oh, they look kind of like wrinkled lillies. happy.gif
Rocky--it means you are a no nonsense kind of gal. You take no excuses and if you're mad, you take no prisoners. I would sure hate to make you mad....
Di--you like to get to the heart of the matter...when people tell you stories or try to explain things to you, you probably get impatient if they don't get to the point already. you like to look beneath the surface and are a firm believer that what you see is not always what you get. you are curious but also cautious so making a decision about certain things may be a bit of a battle for you because you are torn between wanting to satisfy your curiosity and knowing that curiosity killed the cat. you like the big picture but become quickly bored with the details.
as to your flower--you like tradition but you like to spruce it up. you see value in the way it's always been but want to add your own creative and personal flair to it. when choosing a gift for someone you're inclined to pick something that has been done before but personalize it to your tastes and personality. you have a creative and inquisitive side but feel often that you are stuck in a mundane world. you're torn between your creative urges and your responsibilities.

cameragirl21 replied:
how interesting.
you want to be noticed but not for who you are but rather for what you believe in. you think the world is crazy and people are even crazier and you find yourself frustrated that they don't notice the insanity around them. you want to scream at the world but don't know how to be heard. you want to change the status quo but don't know how. you are frustrated that people don't understand you.

amynicole21 replied:
Yes, that pretty much nails it wink.gif

mummy2girls replied: wow jennifer you got me to a tee...LOL.. how do youd o this...

MomToJade&Jordan replied:
Your good Jen. happy.gif

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Favorite flower - Star gazer lilies

Favorite Dessert - Peanut Butter cookies

3xsthefun replied: Favorite flower - Blue Roses

Favorite Dessert- Blueberry Cheesecake

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
I have a neat story about Blue roses, Tina. happy.gif My best friend (I'm in her wedding in April) loves blue roses. She always said the man she married would bring her a blue rose. Her fiance, not knowing (honest to goodness) that her favorite flower was a blue rose, gave her a bouquet of blue roses the night he proposed to her. wub.gif I guess you would have to know what she went thru, the fact that she is almost 30 and thought she would never get married, didn't date anyone for 10 years blahblah.gif But somehow she kept going back to the blue rose and seeing signs of it everywhere.

she's such a romantic. wub.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied:

ohmy.gif

Holy crap woman... are you stalking me?! laugh.gif Darn tootin... I should have been born and raised on a farm or a ranch! wink.gif

I am also an anal perfectionist... I hate having stuff done by others, because if I see a flaw, even if it's inperceptible by others, I know it's there and it drives me nuts. At least if I do it... then I can only whine about myself. emlaugh.gif Yes, Actually I did used to beat on boys... but only the ones that bothered me, I was always "one of the guys"... and I have a temper when provoked, but it takes a lot to provoke me.

Jeez you're GOOD!

Aimee... I love love love them. They're absolutely DELICIOUS! A few people in my area grow zukes and I always get them to give me their flowers. emlaugh.gif

I love this one particular recipe I have for them, it's absolutely DIVINE!

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
SHARE!!! cool.gif

My neighbor tries to grow squash every year and every year it doesn't turn out, but produces the prettiest, largest flowers. Last year I was so tempted to tell him that since the squash doesn't turn out anyway..could I PLEASE have the flowers. laugh.gif Maybe I'll steal them in the night this summer. biggrin.gif

3xsthefun replied:
That is such a sweet story! Sounds like something kinda out of a romance novel. wub.gif

I have always wanted a blue rose bush to plant. But I'm always to late about getting them around here. It seems like everyone picks them before the other colors. Oh, well maybe one of these days.

cameragirl21 replied: Sarah--I do not know what a stargazer lilly looks like, would you show me a picture, please?
Tina--hmm, your life is marked with sadness, it seems your life has not turned out to be what you expected...you have been disappointed by many people in your life, starting with at least one of your parents. yet you remain optimistic regardless and always find a silver lining on even the darkest of storm clouds. more than anything else, you seek comfort and security yet you know that no matter what comes your way you'll find a way to work things out. you remain calm no matter what the circumstances and those who know you well know that they can always depend on you no matter what. your children admire you though they may not show it.

Hillbilly Housewife replied:
24 male zucchini flowers (with stems)
about 4 cups cold-pressed peanut or grape seed oil
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups flour seasoned with salt and pepper
salt
Gently remove the pistel from each flower. Cut stems to about 1 inch. Make sure blossoms are dry.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a 12-inch saute pan over medium high until oil is hot but not smoking. It should be about 365 degrees on a candy thermometer. Have eggs and flour in 2 shallow soup dishes.

Dip several blossoms in the egg, let most of it drain away, then roll in flour, shaking off excess. Fry a few minutes until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels, season with salt and serve hot.

BTW - other squash flowers are more bitter and don't taste as great in a salad or whatever... but I've noticed they're "ok" in this batter.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Here's a good website witha few more I've used before... cool.gif

http://www.virtualitalia.com/recipes/zucchini_flowers.shtml

my2monkeyboys replied: Wow... this is so neat! Both of those are pretty on-target. I do wish I'd been born in the 40-50s... things seemed much simpler back then. I'm pretty conservative and my relationship with God is very important to me. And I do tend to see Him in everything around me.
So cool! wink.gif

Boo&BugsMom replied: Snowball! rolling_smile.gif Jennifer, you're not even blonde are you?

Dessert (or snowball, which ever you choose to call it) wink.gif: Anything with Reeses or peanut butter and chocolate combo.

Flower: Roses, although I love the smell of Peony biggrin.gif

cameragirl21 replied:
no blush.gif my hair is very dark. blush.gif tongue.gif
ok, now about your analysis--you are feminine, wholesome and have old fashioned values...you want your man to hold the door open for you and bring you flowers. to you there is no love without romance. no one would ever call you loose or without morals, to you moral fibre is the very cener of one's being. you value education and would make a great teacher or youth counselor. you believe in discipline for both adults and children and while you believe children thrive on imagination and playfulness, you do not take any crap and expect your rules to be followed without excuses and expect not to be questioned. you are clever and down to earth, are not fond of luxury but rather prefer that which you can use on a daily basis, as in, you prefer cotton to silk. you are fun, have a sense of humor but are also a no nonsense type of woman.

Boo&BugsMom replied:
That is totally me in a nutshell! Especially wanting the flowers part wink.gif ......are you listening husband of mine?!?!? biggrin.gif

salmndr007 replied: Does the snowball that PrairieMom hit me with count?

And I would have to say tulips...that just look funny

3xsthefun replied:
Hard at that is to admit a lot of that is true. Though, I don't think my whole life is marked with sadness.

redplaydoh replied: Flower - Gerber Daisies

Dessert - Can I pick two? Red Velvet Cake or Brownies... I love both too much to decide.

gr33n3y3z replied: Flowers - Wild Flowers

Cheese Cake

cameragirl21 replied:
i never meant to imply that your whole life is marked with sadness, Tina, i just noted that people you cared about have disappointed you and that made you feel sad. hug.gif

3xsthefun replied: Oh, I'm sorry I read that wrong. Don't mind me. I don't know where my brain is anymore.

But your right their have been some people in my life have kinda disappointed me.

cameragirl21 replied:
haha, DeAnn, you are still a child at heart, some part of you finds your kids' misbehaving antics hilarious and you're torn between punishing them and joining them in the mischief. you are fun, playful and inventive. and sneaky, i bet you played tricks on your mom when you were little. chances are you were a leader among your peers as a child and were usually the center of everything when some mischief was taking place. some part of you still wants to believe in Santa Claus and fairy tales. There is more i would like to add but i'm afraid it may belong on the P and I board as it may not be appropriate here but your dessert indicates you have a, let's just say a healthy appetite for adult activities and an imagination at that. you are creative and inclined to question everything.
Lisa--you are all natural, have little interest in makeup or plastic alterations and revel in the beauty that God gave you. you probably prefer camping style vacations to five star hotels. you love to be outside and are easily bored and thereby need to stimulated constantly. you like to indulge yourself but without spending too much money. you seek out simple yet wicked pleasures. you are an enigma to your husband and to your kids, who for the most part don't understand you, except Erin, i get the impression that she's the only one who gets you because even if she won't admit it, her line of thinking is similar to yours.

jcc64 replied: Ok, let me give it a shot-
Flower- wisteria (is that even considered a flower- or is it a weed?)
dessert- tiramasu (hey, I am a good Italian girl!)

cameragirl21 replied:
wow, I'm surprised, Jeanne, you usually don't like these sorts of games. Wisteria is a flowering, deciduous vine, i don't think it's a weed. good choice, btw.
ok, onto your description...you are very sensual, indulging all of your senses is very important to you. you would probably make a great artist. you are very particular about the way things smell, sound, feel, etc. you are also very original and are almost always at odds with the crowd. your ideas are unconventional and many around you find your ideas to seemingly be from another planet so people often find you odd or hard to understand or relate to. you feel like others just don't get it, they don't see what's right in front of them, this leads to frustration on both your part and theirs. you are very straight forward with your thoughts and ideas and are certainly not shy. you don't mind if people don't see it your way so much as you deplore closed-mindedness. you feel if people would just approach your thoughts with an open mind, you could live with it if they don't agree but you often feel that people around you are not open to new ideas, which is largely what you bring to the table. those who do understand you respect you as if you were a goddess. your sons are proud of you and your daughter will probably be like you, she's already strong willed and outspoken. you see the world as a train wreck in motion and want to help others around you see what's happening but are torn between knowing they'll probably never get it and wanting them to get it. you are a child of the earth and probably have little use for makeup or any enhancements...you place much more value on brains than outward beauty. you probably view every person in terms of what s/he can bring to the table when it comes to creating something or making something happen. you are determined to succeed once you get started. people often find you unusual and intriguing if not a bit hard to understand. people are often scared by your unusual ideas. you sometimes feel like you are a person among goats because other people just don't see the reality that you see right before their eyes. you are not easily scared.

jcc64 replied: Holy sh*t, Jennifer- that totally blew my mind. So much of it was dead on. And you're right, I don't usually go in for these sorts of things, but hey, you never know, right? My dh's boss did a lifetime astrological reading for Corey when she was born, and believe me, I absolutely put no stock in that stuff ordinarily. But you cannot believe how completely dead on it's been so far. Makes me stop and reconsider.....

cameragirl21 replied:
So...does this mean i might still make a believer out of you, Jeanne? not in religion or anything but in the <enter twilight zone music or xfiles music, which ever you prefer> type of stuff that i believe in? wink.gif tongue.gif

jcc64 replied: I'm open to all possibilities. Not to get too philosophical on such a fun thread, but I've never really ruled out the possibility of god(s)- I'm just not as certain about any particular religious doctrine as other people are. The jury's still out, in my mind. It probably always will be. It's what makes life so fascinating and worth it all, right?

cameragirl21 replied:
well, that means that you're open minded, which is exactly what you expect out of others so on top of everything else you are also not hypocritical. happy.gif wink.gif tongue.gif
everything is worth looking into IMO, nothing in life is absolute.... happy.gif
that means btw, that you're not an atheist but rather an agnostic, so in theory you would believe in something if you could find it and rationalize it. and if it appealed to your artistic sense of course. laugh.gif

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: user posted image

Here is a Stargazer Lilly.

cameragirl21 replied: oh, i've seen those before, Sarah, i always thought they were some kind of tiger lily or easter lily.
at any rate, you are an interesting paradox--you are a dreamer who is down to earth. you like the comforts of home and family as opposed to luxury and prefer to be comfortable rather than glammed up. you dream about health and happiness as opposed to wealth and power. you are not particularly competitive but rather you prefer that everyone wins and no one loses. for this reason, your focus is on making your daughter a happy and well rounded person as opposed to the best dancer, pianist, etc and probably are not fond of the idea of pageants or competitions that involve beauty and pretentiousness. as long as you have a happy home you feel you have succeeded. your biggest ambition and most powerful desire is to make those you love happy, satisfied and that they know they are loved by you. when you love you love deeply and unconditionally.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied:
So true, Thank You!

MotherForever2043 replied: Favorite Dessert~ Cheese Cake

This is EXACTLY me. I am (still) always playing tricks on my mother. The things I have done to this poor woman.... She's always telling me that I'm her child that will never grow up. I'm always misbehaving with the kids and playing tricks on them now. DH says he doesn't know who is worse sometimes, me or the boys. Lucas even tells Papi that Mommy is being a "sneaky snake".

Jen you are scary with what you say!!! What numbers look good for the EuroMillions that is coming up??? emlaugh.gif

1lilpeanut2love replied: Ok me now! LOL!
