omg, their father drives me nuts - but this worked out well for me
ZandersMama wrote: So, my boys are 3 and 1 years old.Their father called me this morning and told me he bought them a Wii today for Easter. He had been talking about getting it, but I just figured he wouldnt because the kids are so young and he usually doesnt do anything that he says hes going to do. But, he called me with the shipping number. I'm shocked. I'm totally going to have a Wii to play
sparkys2boys replied: The kids do seem abit young for a Wii but I am sure you will have fun with it!!
mckayleesmom replied: So really he bought YOU a wii?....
ZandersMama replied: well like it or not, yea lol. but whatever at least he is willing to buy them something. Really, what are 2 babies going to do with a Wii, I wish he had have just sent me the money to get them something they needed . oh well, i got a wii.
lovemy2 replied: I gotta say - you suck - I have been looking and looking and trying and trying to get a Wii to no avail - have fun and make sure you thank the stinker

julesmom replied: You could always sell it on ebay!
Calimama replied: I would sell it and get what they need. What a silly thing to send a 3year old.
ZandersMama replied: Really though eh, i can see the nunchuck going through the tv or his brother having a black eye. I swear the man doesnt think. But, at least he was thinking about them enough to get them something, just has to remember how old they are.
Calimama replied: The first time I played it I didn't connect the wrist strap while playing tennis. I went to swing and it flew back and hit DH in the face.
I laughed because I'm a horrible person...
lovemy2 replied: Now THAT is funny
I may have to remember that trick if I EVER get one - maybe sometime when I am boxing DH I might just be able to give him a pow in the kisser once in awhile just so he remembers his place
PrairieMom replied: actually, Ben was about 4 when we got ours, and you would be surprised how good he is at it. way better than me. Al likes to hold the controller and thinks she is doing something with it. Congrats on YOUR new toy!
ZandersMama replied: thank you
