really need help and or ideas

Kaitlin'smom replied: okay keep in mind I am stuck at work till 5p and I really dont want to give into my food temptations, I guess i should have waited to start the diet again till after the AF, but darn it I want to fit all the pants I have that are just to tight to be comphy in.

Kaitlin'smom replied: THANKYOU, I deffinalty need that. I promised myself 30 days, no over eating, no junk, walk more, let see if you cant shed some lbs and fit into those darn pants. I started monday and so far so good. I am hoping getting into better shape will also help the sleeping issues, I also started vitamins again and will add some extra B-6 for energy.
Okay I will have my apple, maybe that will help.

momofone replied: Anything that has chocolate in it is good for PMS it increases your serotonin levels. Go for it you should feel better soon.

Kaitlin'smom replied: the only thing water does for me is send me to the bathroom more often and darn it I forgot the rice cakes I though I had packed osme but did not, I am doing okay right now....45 mintus till I go home. I did have sugar free pudding. So far so good today nothing bad, course I did not pack anything bad and have not left the office........I am thinking fruit or salad or maybe soup (since its raning) for dinner. Or maybe rice cripy cereal and maybe some surbert for 'dessert' depends on if I feel like it.
