so it looks like we are moving - this summer

We found a buyer for our house and they agreed to a closing date of August 30, so if our new house is ready in mid July- like it is supposed to be, we'll have plenty of time to move.

Nothing is set in srone until we are out of attorney review, but the buyers came by yesterday to take some measurements for furniture..... so it looks like they are serious buyers.
