some people - need to be kicked (venting)

i seriously have a problem with my boyfriends brothers girlfriend (who will someday be my sister in law )

i have met her twice, tried to say hello i'm becka and each time i do, she just looks at me like i'm a total freak (which yeah i am i have two eyebrow piercings my nose pierced and about thirteen holes in my ears total but whatever, thats superficial) and never says hi back. I've tried three times and each time i get stared at like i'm growing a new head with fish for eyes. its so annoying. it has gotten worse. first she wont talk to me at all no matter how i try. now she wont shut up and leave me alone. here's whats going on.

somehow, she found out i am pregnant and you know how people usually give advice for the sake of giving advice?

she is telling me, TELLING ME, how i have to handle my pregnancy and how i have to avoid pain meds during the birth and how if i breast feed it will be the worst thing and i should only let her baby sit and i should do this and have to do this.


her exact wording to me afew minutes ago was "You can't sleep as long as you do. Its bad for the baby."

this coming from a 2 year old girl who thinks she knows everything about kids just cuz she worked in a daycare for two years (but got fired for being rude and telling the parents how to raise their kids)

"You better not let your kid watch cartoons its bad for them if you do I'll have a problem with you."

okay, non violent person talking but when she actually looked me in the eye and said "I think you should have an abortion. You're going to be a terrible mother." I actually wanted to jump up out of my chair and beat the living crap out of her snotty...GRRRR!!!


very glad i took kung fu and stuff since i was four otherwise i would not have been able to control myself but if she starts that again can i please just give her a black eye or a fat lip or something?



pray for my sanity. i have to spent all day easter with her. *twitch*

Anyway, ITA with Dans mom. If you must say something to her, her response sounds great. Otherwise just ignore her. Although, It really would have taken an act of congress for me to not reply to that abortion comment that perhaps her mother should have had abortion also...Nah! She probably wouldn't have gotten it for a few more years.

She sounds like a toxic person and I just try to limit my exposure to them.

she's the kind of person who, once out of highschool no matter how old she is, still treats people the high-school way. certain groups don't talk to other groups because of blah-bliddy-blah-blah and its breaking all kinds of social laws and we cant have that now can we?

and my mom wondered why in junior high i didn't have many friends. even then i was never really impressed by the behavior and "social standards" that people set. i thought they were ridiculous.

yeah well...it was the 80's. LOL My mom thought it was cool but the people in my HS did not. Luckily, I'm 5'10" and I never had anyone actually try to kill me, just threats. I'm pretty normal now although I still have my tats, doc martins, sex pistols tee-shirt and fishnets...just in case the urge to rebell strikes or a good concert comes to town.

I don't remember what movie it is from but one of my Favorite quotes is something along the lines of "it must suck to have peaked in HS". I know soooo many people who that applies too. It really is sad.

Anyway, she sounds really immature and silly. She may be nice but if she is going to be shallow, you may never get to see that part of her. You get that here in the South a lot. All of these poor repressed women...it's wierd. They just don't know what they are missing.

If you are anything like me, you may still not be a huge fan of poeple even at 32. I have a very small circle of friends that I trust and love very much. They are all I really need. LOL

OHHH I sooo know what you mean one day i was in walmart with one of my friends looking at shoes well this lady just stood behind me I didn't hear her come up or anything well all the sudden I hear a rude "scuse me" so i looked at her smiled and said "oh im sorry" and moved out of the way WELL this lady gives me a evil look and goes on all i remember after that is calling her a b*itch!!!
